Anyone else have problems with whisperer/whisperer 2? The ones I have just seem to stop working out the blue.  The current problem unit is a whisperer 2 which was sent to replace a broken whisperer.  It comes on, lights up, and shows 100% charged when plugged into a usb power source.  As soon as I unhook the power source it stops working, and oower button does nothing.

I have a digital water metering in my house from my water supplier. So know the exact amount of water that ist running for all zones If netro ist running and watering the Garden. Unfortenately i can Not find an Option, to Tell netro how much water in qm per hour is running for wach zone. IT would be great If that could be implementated to have an exact number of qm water that ist uswd for watering each zone. So gar I know netro gives only an wstamated number of water used for wach zone, depwnding in size of watering area and Type of watering equipment.

Dropped wifi (2.4 Gz)

Help for my controller dropping the wifi weekly?  I have to unplug the controller to reset and wifi works.  When on vacation my controller can't be unplugged so is there a fix or work around ?

Continuous Monitoring?

Hello, I have activated Continuous Monitoring on my Wispering gen2 which means I should get an emediate update when the moister has changed.

But I don't get any update/ change until the aut hourly upate of the measurement is done.

Could you add a pause feature in Manual run? When I am running a zone, sometimes I need to halt the run and make an adjustment or fix a leak and then turn it back on. Right now, I have to stop the manual run and then start all over.

Whisperer humidity always 100%

I have one sensor that is controlling 5 zones, in the last few months it has rained for several days and the humidity recorded has always been 100%. For three weeks however it has not rained anymore and the soil has started to dry out and so has the garden, because the sensor continues to report 100% humidity skipping the irrigation cycle. How can I unlock the sensor humidity reading?

Hello, I have 5 sprite-type irrigation controller units installed. In one of them, the irrigation stops after approximately 14 seconds on all channels, although it still appears as watering in the status. We have measured the electrical resistance and it is normal.

Poi non mi dovrebbe consigliare quando irrigare?

I have had smart cotroller netro for 3 years. Never problems! 

Now i d like to buy z1 pixie with hub! But is it essential the hub for smart controlling? And if yes the hub has to be connected by lan to the router?

Time range not respected

Hi, 

I have some concerne about the time range. I set the Smart schedule to water just from 5am to 10am. But the Smart program seems to override this control. How can i ensure it would be respected?

Hi,

My Whisperer 1 doesn’t show any signs of life after two weeks in bright sunlight.

I’m pretty sure the battery or charging circuit is dead after no use for over a year.

Do you offer a repair service or replacement battery?

Sensors missing

Hello,

After the winter only one of my three sensors shows in the app.  (Twisty Baby Locust).  The other two do not, and when trying to add back in the app errors out as they are already associated with my account....how do I find them and get them back?  I have charges both to ensure good power, and waited multiple day for them to sync, but still missing.
