Although the App says that it is watering a particular zone but no water comes out of the sprinkler heads. What could be causing that?

I installed a new whisperer 2. Moisture read is 35 %. Trigger is set at 65 %. That is, below this moisture,  watering should be made. Why not? The watering hours are set from 0.00 to 5.00

Just read about this new app.  It shows exaclty how kuch rain fell on an exact location.  Not rehional or local weather station.  Can this link to this app to turn off watering when it rains

everytime the power goes off and come back on, the wifi router take longer than the netro sprite to restart. it looks like netro try to connect to the internet just once (or at least only before the router is back online). the result is that every time the power goes off and come back on netro sprite can't connect to the internet and i have to manually switch it off and on after the router is back online. This is becoming a big issue, is there a patch to this? the Netro Sprite needs to try to connect again and again at least every hour. better if every 10 minutes.

I am trying to set up my mother-in-law‘s household on my app so I can monitor it along with my own home. Is this possible? And if so, how would I go about doing that?

Dark mode and font size (especially a problem with charts) are two things that were going to be addressed a few years ago. Could I please get a current status on when dark mode will be available and when font size, or at least the ability to zoom the app screen will be available? Turning on the Apple magnifier, or having to take a screenshot and then zoom that so that you can read data is very inconvenient. 

I have a zone that keeps overwatering. It has erratic shifts in water percentage, usually occurring after the zone is watered. This results in the zone then coming back on again and running for an extremely long period of time (extra water cycle). I would hate to think that the sensor is bad again, as I’ve had this one replaced twice in the last year. I tried moving the location of it, of course, tried resetting the learning on it, but it is a recurrent situation. 

My netro sprite shows a green light on but remains offline in the app. When I try and run a sprinkler it shows “connecting” and the sprinkler never comes on. I’ve tried unplugging it, resetting, and ensured everything is properly wired. My internet connection is also strong and stable. It has worked perfectly for the past 6 months until now. I purchased it in February of this year.

Can the app be configured to not run on my May 31, July 31 and Aug 31 restrictions? How? I can't figure it out

I have 2 problems with the Netro this year. 

1. The weather auto detect to rain to skip the water session doesn’t work.   No matter how low the threshold I set to, it doesn’t skip the water day when it rains.  I have it set to .1 inch now. 

2. When I set to delay the watering , it doesn’t reschedule the schedule.   It just continue with the watering. 

My system has been watering while it’s pouring outside so many times and wasted so much money on my water bill because this app screwed up so bad.  
Is there a the fix to my problems?

Sprinklers  do not provide sufficient water flow since valves are only opening partially.  Controller provides insufficient signal to open all valves.

Cómo puedo borrar un controller que aparece en la app y que ahora ya no está funcionando ? Aparece fuera de línea y no puedo borrarlo.
