I have a home weather station that feeds data to https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KCASANJO507?cm_ven=localwx_pwsdash

I have my sprite pointed at my specific weather station on wundergound.com. Today, my sprite claims I had 0.02" of rain, but my weather station detected none, and wunderground.com says I had no rain.

I have been noticing for a while that Netro was showing different rain data from what my weather station recorded, Netro usually records more rain than I actually got. I suspect this may be why my oranges are always under sized.

Somehow Netro is getting the wrong infromation from wunderground.com. Is there any way to fix this?

I can't register my weather station ID in the Netro app. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Hi, I have a Spark controller. Where can I find in the app the rainfall forecast for next days?

In the home page I can see only humidity, temperature and wind but not rain in mm.

netro smart settings, please rank relative seasonal water use from high to low for the different settings: EPA, Boost, New Plant, Deep, Frequent, Regular, ECO

I have 2 problems with the Netro this year. 

1. The weather auto detect to rain to skip the water session doesn’t work.   No matter how low the threshold I set to, it doesn’t skip the water day when it rains.  I have it set to .1 inch now. 

2. When I set to delay the watering , it doesn’t reschedule the schedule.   It just continue with the watering. 

My system has been watering while it’s pouring outside so many times and wasted so much money on my water bill because this app screwed up so bad.  
Is there a the fix to my problems?

I installed a new whisperer 2. Moisture read is 35 %. Trigger is set at 65 %. That is, below this moisture,  watering should be made. Why not? The watering hours are set from 0.00 to 5.00

Netro controller has run fine for 3 or 4 years. Trouble arose overnight. Controller is connected to my WiFi and no lights blinking,  it if I do, say, a manual run, it sends the command to the controller, and the app thinks it is running water, but the valves aren't opening. Have tried to do this with multiple valves, have reconnected to WiFi, etc but can't make it open valves. Ideas?

I currently have several Netro Whisperer 2 sensors and receive moisture, temp and solar readings. But i also have other soil sensors - e.g., Ecowitt. The two sensors appear to measure soil moisture on different scales. Can someone - from Netro - explain to me clearly how the Whisperer measures moisture and how I should interpret different readings in the same bed (e.g., Ecowitt measures 28%, Whisperer measures 96%). 

Is there any way to use the smart plant sensor gen 2 with my pixie?

Anyone using the universal devices polyglot plugin for Netro version 0.1.18

In the configuration it states to use my serial number from the Netro Spark which I see on the Netro app but when I add it and click save, Polyglot says it is an invalid serial number

I have a Netro Spark 8 controller installed in Italy.

My address is:
Via Gonfalone 49
73031 Alessano (LE)
Italy

However, Netro always changes my location to:

• ZIP code: 73032
• State: OK
• Country: United States

Because of this, the weather forecast is completely wrong and Smart Watering is using incorrect weather data.

I cannot edit the ZIP code, state or country, either in the Android app or on the web interface.

Could you please help me fix my location or update your geolocation database?

For test purposes, I have my Whisperer 2 in a terra cotta flowerpot that is very dry.  It always reads that the moisture is very high.  I have a Pixie at the house faucet.  I reset the Whisperer and it did not help.  What's wrong?

Just wondering if you can add a rain sensor to the Spark system?  If so what brand?
