Netro will water my garten when the Whisperer sensors show 92% moisture level. 


This is smart watering? 


I think, there is no water needed or I’m wrong?

I’m currently using my Netro spark 16 to water a 1 1/2 acre field of grass. There are a couple zones that are repeatedly watering for just a few seconds or a couple minutes when they are supposed to be watering for 6 to 10 minutes. It is causing a very big issue in the field. There are a large bare spots that are directly around the problematic zones. Is there any fix to this? I need answers ASAP.

PIXIE-1 Low pressure IN - gravity irrigation systems don't Work

HI Support Team and All,

I purchased the smart valve (PIXIE-1)  and the sensor (WHISPERER-2) for my vegetable garden, but unfortunately the pixie-1 releases a few drops of water when it is in irrigation mode, my watering system is ecological, I collect rainwater, 

because the pixie-1 does not it passes water with little pressure, the pressure is low but sufficient for irrigation.

This wasn't written anywhere.

Is it possible to configure the valve to use it with low pressure?

Whisperer sensor already in account error

I had previously installed a Whisperer sensor and then removed it from the app.  I factory reset the Whisperer 3x successfully.  When I try to re-install it again, I go through the setup process and at the end, I receive a "Sensor xxxx already in your account".  I have gone to the app and website to see if the sensor is listed but it is not.  Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be sincerely appreciated.

Hello 

Actually i have 3 sensors in my garden and 2 are properly seitched on instead one randomically switched off and i see it because there is no data in statistics


How csn i solve it? 

Czn i check snything?

Hello! For a few days the watering has stopped in the middle of the program, although in the app it tells me that it is watering. Sometimes I try to irrigate manually and the irrigation does not connect either, but in the app it tells me that it is watering.

Sprinkler Type for Soaker Hose

I am using 1/4 inch soaker hose for my netro controlled irrigation system, yet that is not an option in the "sprinkler type" selection box. What Sprinkler Type should I choose as an equivalent? Are there any plans to add Soaker Hose as an option in a future update?


I have small lengths of soaker hose encircling the base of each of my 20 bushes with lengths of standard hose running between them. for a total lengh of 50 feet of soaker hose.

Bluetooth cannot find my Spark

Hello I’m currently trying to connect my spark 16 controller to my Wi-Fi network. In the Quickstart guide it is asking me to enable my Bluetooth and find the device that way. I’ve done so and it is not popping up. I tried connecting it via Wi-Fi, and it would not work as well. if I can, please get a solution quickly if that would be great. My grass field is currently not getting water.

Ventiles are not closed from spark - not smart watering

Hello Netro Support, 


The Spark startet watering today at 4 am as it was calculated by whisperer and weather. 3 Zones got water, but instead of watering 10 minutes the gras got 3 hours water. 

I wasted a lot of water, this is far away of smart watering. My old installation from Gardena / Husquarna never had such problem. 


The spark was not able to close the Ventils! 


The only way was the make the spark powerless. 


What’s wrong? 


Again: the test procedure of the ventiles works without any problem, spark open AND CLOSE every ventile step by step!

Hello, 

Problem: Ventiles open by Netro successfully (by schedule or manually. But after the run time the Ventiles do not close. The only option i have is the switch off the Netro. Than the ventiles close.

Alexa Skill and Integration with App

This skill needs an urgent update.  There is no way to have Alexa water unless it is all zones or 1 zone at a time.  Have written 3 different watering programs for my 16 zones as not all zones require watering on same day or times etc...however, unlike the Orbit BHyve for example, you cannot have Alexa water Program A for example...so no manual watering of any program via Alexa unless all 16 zones or 1 at a time!  Asking Alexa to water means ALL zones which is not desirable for so many customers.  And my regular 6 zones that require watering at different times is painful by one zone at a time via Alexa.  Smart Watering has proved unreliable with my soil and plant type so not to be trusted and now unused by me. Why on earth can it not be updated to allow for a program to run via Alexa like all the other wifi controllers that are Alexa enabled?  Purchased this only for Alexa capabilities so horribly disappointed.  And why on earth can one not save a manual program WITHOUT a start time?  If it needs a start time it is not manual!  I know there is the Backup program for loosing wifi.  But at this stage it is hard to understand why something so basic in an Alexa Skill like running a program (for specific zones only) has not already been implemented.  Have emailed customer support regarding this several days ago and as yet no response.  Please advise of a way around this.  Help would be appreciated, kind regards
