moisture data missing when turn off irrigation

I have turn off the Netro irrigation on the 1rst of march using the app due to water restriction on my area.

I also use to download data using the API, my surprise is that moisture estimation for each zone are not calculated from first of the march because of the irrigation was stoped.

I think must be independent the stop watering action with the calculation of moisture levels…because the Netro is active and connected to Internet and everything is on, the only action that I took was to turn off watering, not turn off all the system!!

Whisperer is suddenly crazy

After a lot of time working fine, suddenly whisperer is crazy. With no reason suddenly the humidity is at "0" and the temperatures are above "90". I have cleaned with water the whispers. I have cleaned the device with water but remains doing same random mistake-

why if Netro is so smart after months of learning with the whisperer still uses the "humidity to add watering" data set by me and doesn't create a custom program?  smartzone is in advanced level and regular mode.

Often offline, automatic reconnection?

Hi, my Netro goes offline every day/couple of days. Probably there is a disconnection of the Internet provider during the night.

Is there any possibility to program an automatic retry of wi-fy connection in the Netro?

Dont't start manual irrigation

I've checked that My netro isonline...but if i start a manual irrogation app say to me "communicating" and never begin to start..... If i turn off elecrticity and turn on again..... And then i go to manual  Irrogation and press start irrogation begin immediatly

No 24V output?

I have successfully installed the device and I start the manual watering on a chosen zone.

The LED changes from green to blue and everything seems ok, except that nothing else happens. No valve is activated and thus no irrigation. 

I have checked with a multimeter and none of the outputs gives the 24 VAC. But the device is correctly connected and seems to work fine. 

What can I do?

I just bought a Netro Sprite 6 and I cannot connect to my wifi. I am in the middle of the installation and just would not connect. I am using Google network and  Unifi Long Range system (2 wifi networks) and I double checked the password. Tried both of them.  It worked with the humidity sensor but not with the controller. I really tried for 20 times. I will need help for the connection or I need to send it back.

What are my sprinklers not going off per schedule? I have a schedule that it supposed to kick off Tuesday and Thursday. It is set to start at 6:00. It is 6:50 and it has not went off. I just had to manually run a cycle.

How to set 15 second zone run for maintenance

Hi, I'm using a SPRITE-12 and have to flush one zone in order to replace head but the minimum runtime on app that I can find is one minute which is too long. How can I simply turn on one zone for 5 - 10 seconds? Thanks in advance for you attention.

Smart Schedule is Confusing Dumb Me

I recently bought the Netro app, and I had success with installation and download in the app. The app connects flawlessly to the control box. At this stage I am very happy with the product. However, the Smart watering app is confusing to me. I have added my watering schedule and I’m confused why for example zone one is listed three times for watering. Can anyone please explain this to me. Thanks.

I have read this article explains how to save water based on 

- seed type

- watering adjustement - EPA

- how tall to cut the grass

- how tall to leave the grass to growth ( deeper roots, the problem of loosing water by transpiration)

Currently the whisperer takes into consideration soil evaporation, but I do not know if transpiration is something to add to the watering algorithm

Reorder zones in the Netro App

Is it possible to change the order in which the garden zones are shown in the Netro App?


In my case they are shown in the same order they were created initially in the app and I would like to see them in a different way.


I suppose I could delete them and create everything again from scratch, but I would like to avoid that.

I have an existing 18 zones irrigation controller which I am replacing. I require 2 controllers. No master valve or pump.

It is possible to connect both commons to the existing common connected to the 18 zones?

Maximum watering duration for SPARK

I want to set-up a watering duration for my desert garden (Phoenix, AZ). We should water our garden deeply and infrequently. So, I want to set-up a watering time of two hours. Unfortunately, the app has a maximum duration set to 60 minutes only. Any suggestions?

Whisper will not factory reset!

Hi I have had to send back my spark due to a problem with one zone not operating, I’m now trying to do a reset on my whisper, I have pressed the power button quickly 6 times, on numerous occasions and cannot get it to reset, any help would be much appreciated. New Spark arrived and working well, l just can’t seem to reset the Whisper no matter how many times I try the on/off 3 times. Are there any other action I could do or do I return it for a replacement?
