I could not register in the app with my normal email address as it seems is too long... 


I did not have this problem in any other app or service.

Manually entering rainfall

Is there a way to manually enter rainfall amounts. The associated apps are very inaccurate. As an example, I received a 1/2 inch of rain yesterday but the app shows no rainfall. As a result I have to shut off the system and then manually turn on to water when appropriate. Very frustrating.

When I try to make a manual connection of irrigation, it stays charging and does not water.  Bocause it can be?

Questions about Netro app

I have installed Netro Sprite with no sensors (they are not available in Amazon Spain any more).

I have a few questions after my first day:


1. App shows different humidity values for each zone. Where does that info come from if I don't have any sensor?


2. When I click on a specific zone, I don't see any irrigation in the chart.


3. I have a 'fir tree' in my garden, but I haven't found it in the database. In any case, if I have a fir tree surrounded by grass, what should I configure to make sure that both the fir tree and grass are taken into account.

ho impostato il sensore whisperer nel mio account come libero, non collegato alle due centraline.

Vorrei cancellare il sensore ma non riesco a farlo la voce rimane sempre presente nell’account e non esiste un tasto per eliminarlo.

Switch Off automatically

Hi, I just bought a new Netro Sprite 12 device.
But I had have some problems when I try to run with a differents solenoid valvules.

I found two cases,

1) I start my zone in test mode. Switch-on and ok, swich-off, doesnt run. I try to switch on again, nothing happen,  Switch-off and, solenoid vavule close. Why does not stopped?!

2) Star my zone and run, in a few seconds (sometimes less a one second), automatically stop. Why? Maybe wifi problem?

I dont understand what the problems are...

Pls coulsd you help me, as far as possible?

My SPRITE-12 is permanently offline. I tried to reconnect it but RST button doesn’t work. I push it for less than one second and nothing happens.

Zones not watering but show watering on App

I just bought a replacement controller for my old Hunter. All connections are done by color codes as per old controller and I see all zones in App but when I manually try to test each zone, only one of the 10-zones start. However, when I press STOP, it does not stop. What’s wrong in manual testing ?

I'm in the very fortunate position of having 2 homes - one in the UK and one in Spain. We've just had the garden reworked in the UK and I've been able to install an irrigation system controlled by a single Sprite controller. 


I'm very pleased with how this is working - and now want to upgrade the manual irrigation system we have in our Spanish house to a smart system. Can Netrohome / the (Android) app manage 2 different irrigation systems in 2 different locations (with 2 very different climates)?

Netro app worked fine for 4 months. Then zone 3 stopped watering, but netro is showing zone 3 as watering.  How do I fix this? Thanks!

Multiple sprinklers in one zone - and is there a Test System ?

Hi there,


Can zones be setup with several sprinklers in the one zone ?  From what I can see from another question, is it correct that you setup the aproximate size of each zone ?  I have several zones with maybe 10 sprinklers in each zone, with sprinklers about 3m apart.


Also, is there any access to a test / simulation system that I can setup my location and see how well it would adapt to weather.  I am planning the installation for southern Spain

Simple on/off

 Isn’t there a simple way to remote trigger the device from the app without all the time constraints? It does not seem easy for me to, for example, turn on the device and let it run for three hours when I’m away from home and then turn it off remotely. I want to use this to hook up a fire suppression system.

loose connection on install

The unit is working good, yeah!  The way the wires get tab/push for contact is really cheap.  The "spring" of the contact is very , very loose.

Move the wire at all and no contact.  Then trouble shooting to find where trouble is.  Not a good design. Need a much more firm grip on the bare wire. something else or just poor quality?
