Hi Cheryl,

 

Thanks for your request and I have forward it to our R&D. We will add minute limits constraints and improve this feature in the future release. 

 

As a workaround, you can choose "customized" mode to adjust watering by increasing the flow rate of your sprinklers, you can set the value of  flow rate to the highest level, in this way, each watering duration will not exceed 10 mins.

Please go settings->zones->specific zone number->smart zone-enabled->Mode.

If the default weather does not work for you, you can switch to other weather providers to see if it works better. You can forward your weather underground PWS ID to support@netrohome.com and we can help you set it from our server side.

Hi Daniel,

Could you please let us know your unit LED Light status? Could you please try the below steps to do the reset and let us know the result?

1.Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)
2.Wait for 2 seconds, replug the power back in
3.Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up
4。Press the reset button for less than 1 seconds to do a soft reset (use a pin insert to the RST hole button, when you feel a "click" release the button)
5.Wait for 5 seconds. This should set the light to slow blinking. Then you can go reconnet the unit to your home wifi.

Please go to the Netro app -> settings-> controller -> change wifi network/password.

Dear customer,

If you do not want smart zone schedule to override your own programmed schedule, you can set up the Smart Zone level from Advanced to Basic through Settings->Zones->Smart Zone, which only skip rainning days for your programmed schedule.

Manual Run

Dear Customer,

We noticed that in your schedule tab, the manual run time is only 1 minute for your zone 1.

Could you please do a test agian to see if the issue is with the controller unit or your valves?

Please do manual run to other zones (zone 2 -zone 11), see if you can normally start and stop the water from the app.

Hi Derrick,


If you wan to reset all settings for your controller and delete all watering histoires, you can do a factory reset and please follow the below steps:

1.Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)
2.Wait for 2 seconds, replug the power back in
3.Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up
4.Press and hold the reset button for 8 seconds to do a hard reset
5.Wait for 3 minutes. This should set the light to slow blinking.

6. Then you can go to the Netro app -> settings-> controller -> change wifi network/password
