I noticed the exclamation mark on your schedules which means the cloud server did not receive the confirmation from the device. Could you please do a manual run test, see if there is water come out when your manual run start to water.

Dear customer,


Please follow my below instruction to do soft reset of the device and you can use your Netro app account to add this device as new to your own account.


1.Power off the device(unplug the power adapter)
2.Wait for 2 seconds, replug the power back in
3.Wait for 3 minutes for the device to start up
4.Press the reset button for less than 1 seconds to do a soft reset (use a pin insert to the RST hole button)
5.Wait for 5 seconds. This should set the light to slow blinking and your device is in HOST mode now.
 
You can add the device as new to your own Netro account.

If you remove the wire for station 1 from the controller, then start watering other stations for example station 3, does station 1 start to water?

Smart schedule, cutting times in half?

Hi Steve,


Netro algorithm encourages longer water time and less water frequency, which will help growth of the roots. It will also break long water time to several small slots to prevent water runoff.


Some zones are watered multiple times a day, you probably selected clay, clay loam or loam as the soil type which accepts water slowly, often as little as 1/4 inch per hour and that is why we break the watering into many pieces to avoid water runoff.

Netro algorithm encourages longer water time and less water frequency, which will help growth of the roots. If you want to decrease the watering amount , you can either change to different smart zone mode (ECO), or you can set up your own programs and set up your smart zone in basic level.
