I got 2 zones of 2 Rainbird 5004plus Rotors irrigating the same 90m2 as water flow was not enough to have the 4 rotor heads working at the same time. As mi experience the automatic programs do not successfully work, I would like to try a more controlled approach in specifying the flow rate in the Smart program. But, what value do I have to put there for each of the 2 zones? I saw on rain birds webpage, the 5004 nozzle 1.5 and 4psi, have a flow rate of 7-8mm/h…but the app does not let me select below the 10mm unfortunately. Can you pleas say what number I have to fill-out for those 2 5004 rotor heads?

Restriction times not validating correctly

As you can see, in the app if I try to adjust my existing restriction to start at 7:05am instead of 7:20am, it will not let me make the change because it says the start time must be before the end time (which it is).

Whisperers not sending data

Hi there none of the whisperers are sending data. 

I do not see any data of moisture, sun light, temperature etc.

I have changed to a recurrence of 1 hour to send the data.

Ap not showing when zones are on

Hi...stations Turn on when scheduled but ap does not show when a station is on. Ap does show after the fact that the zone ran but not in real time. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the ap but no change. Any help?

Pixie in constant “sleeping” mode

Trying to manually operate Pixie via the Netro app. cannot get out of sleeping mode.   Time/duration field says; “pending”   Never exits that mode.    I tried on/off 10 times as I read in another reply and that did not resolve.   Removing and reinstalling battery unit did not resolve.  Help!

Manual run not available in version 3.0.1

My Netro app got updated to version 3.0.1 and after that I don’t see manual run option for each zone Home Screen. My wife’s phone has version 2.5.3 and manual run option is there. 
Any reason it has been disabled in newer version? This option is very helpful  and we use it all the times. Please help me as I need to test my Sprikler system and fix/adjust  heads.

2 zones turning on at the same time

Recently, I noticed that whenever my zone 2 starts (whether manually or automatically), zone 3 turns on as well. This is causing the water pressure to be low to the point where neither zone 2 nor zone 3 are properly watered. This is also causing an unnecessary water waste. Would you please assist?

Lose connection

I ve another problem...... If mybrouter connection goes down sprite begin to blink fast and when My router is on again Sprite do not automatically reconnect, i've to manually shut down and power in again Sprite.... Why?

Recientemente instale tres sensores junto a  él programador Netro, pero los sensores no indican ni horas de luz ni humedad, en la app 


¿cuantos días están en modo aprendizaje?

Dark Sky Weather

Does anyone know why the Dark Sky weather service was removed and replaced with Netro Weather.  My system has work great until today.  All six zones ran this morning and we had roughly an inch of rain yesterday.  Never had this issue with Dark Sky.

Pixie problem

I have a big problem with my pixie, since I bought them. I have them connected into the app, but when I open the tap they never cut the water, the irrigation is on all the time.  


Do anyone knows where is the problem?

Replacement battery packs for Pixie?

Just booted a pair of Pixies for the coming grow season having recharged the packs via USB.  One unit is fine, the other booted one then shutdown and is dead.  I swapped the batteries around and the problem followed the the battery.   I don't see a replacement battery pack on the store so how do I get this replaced?   Pixies got bought last year.
