Is there a way to transfer the account which is already set up and working to a new home owner?  I know we can reset the system and let them build from scratch but it would be easier to transfer the current settings to a new owner.

Manual watering reset after app restart

Hi there,

My problem is that I change the watering time to 5min manually for each zone, but the actual watering time is the previous 1min, even when the app shows the new 5min watering. Also after restarting the app it is always goes back to previous 1 min. 

It seems the app doesn't save the new settings.

Battery Dead

I use my on a Bonsai tree inside , how can I recharge the battery, I’ve placed it facing a light bulb and tried to charge by placing it outside for a afternoon but it still says 0% battery

Updated app old problem

I have updated the app and reset my Netro Sprite and still have the same issue. In manual watering Zone 2 stops after 3mins despite I set 10 mins. 

I have no idea what to do now!

The home page does not show the usual info

- no info from whisperer which is working (blue light)

- no info from the controller which is also  working (solid green light)

Deleted the App and installed it again

Forecast not updating

Are there any issues with the Netro forecast function. I'm on the Beta version 3.0.0 and mine is not showing the forecast. The last data that was present was yesterday(Nov 6).

Blowout in the rain

I wanted to do a blowout for the winter . It was rainy today and i manually put the zone on . No water was coming out , the heads did not pop out , but the timer was counting down . Is this because it was raining ? How do i override that

Repeated watering a few minutes apart

Hi. I have attached pictures of my screen that show that the app is repeating waterings on the same day,etc.  This doesn’t seem correct (they are drip irrigation zones)?


Did I set it up incorrectly?

Whisperer failed?

I bought two whisperers in May this year. The one that got less sun has has depleted its batteries to 0 and will not recharge in clear (albeit Autumn) skies - it it defective? It doesn't even appear to want to charge.

Whisperers solar panel peeling off

Hi 

All my whisperers after few months of use has started peeling off the solar panel protection. At the same time they have started to fail.

Is this a recurrent issue? Is this bad quality? 

They haven’t lasted much…

Whisperer temperature and moisture readings are way off

I recently bought a whisperer and for the first few days it worked perfectly but now it consistently reports the temperature as being over 300 degrees celcius, and soil moisture at 0% even while it has been raining here for a week.

I've tried relocating the whisperer and deleting and re-setting it up twice but get the same result.

I'm unsure what else to try. Does anyone have advice or a fix for issues like this?
