We checked your water history. Your smart scheduels after 6:57 AM all shows green check mark, which means they were executed without issue. Your smart schedules from 6:00 AM to 6:44 AM have yellow check mark, which means the server did not receive signal when the schedules are executed.  All your schedules will be pre-downloaded on the local and updated every day. When the unit finish execute a schedule on the local, it will send signal to the cloud and the green check mark means the server receive the signal. However, when there is internet glitch, the server cannot receive the signal and will have yellow check mark.   If you instant manual run without issue, please do not worry about the yellow check mark, even there is no internet service for a while, the unit can still execute up to 128 pre-downloaded scheduels.

Today display is blank because Netro has not updated the data yet. If you select "AM",  the data displays correctly.

 

As the temperature is high, the moisture drops accordingly. However, it is normal to keep the humidity in this range at 90% as Netro waters your zone everyday.

Netro will skip smart watering and programs when there is large amount of rain or watering regulations and manual restrictions. So when you set up your own program watering time, please do not conflict with your local Regulations if there is any. 

Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email? Which zones did Netro skip watering with program settings watering every three days?

The two orange wires directly go to the two 24 VAC slots of Netro. If you are in US, please make sure it is 110V input and 24V output power Adapter. The AMP should be larger than 600AM if your sprinkler system has mater valve.  

You do not need to connect the rain sensors because Netro get the weather forecast through WiFi. You can check Netro Whisperer sensor and it is only available on our own website https://netrohome.com  due to lack of stock.

Dear customer, 

If you do not want smart zone schedule to override your own programmed schedule, you can set up the Smart Zone level from Advanced to Basic, which only skip rainning days for your programmed schedule. This is in  Settings->Zones->Smart Zone. 

You can also customize the weather restrictions in setting -> preferences -> rain. By default, Netro skip schedules today and tomorrow if today rains more than 0.2 inch. You can customize it, like I want to skip the schedules on the day after tomorrow as well, or I want to skip if rain more than 0.5 inch.

 Netro's algorithm encourages longer water time and less water frequency, which will help growth of the roots. It will also break long water time to several small slots to prevent water runoff. If you think the smart schedules water too much, you can either change to different smart zone mode (ECO), or you can set up your own programs and set up your smart zone in basic level. Hi Ethan,

The flow rate impacts the run time and it determines the duration of smart watering. For example, dripping/emitter system is really slow in moving watering to the ground so it has longer watering duration than other sprinkler system to refill the moisture level up.

You can choose "customized" mode to adjust watering by providing the preferred moisture level and flow rate of your sprinklers. (you will see the estimated water time after adjusting the percentage) Yes Netro will run until the moisture level gets to 90% according to your settings.

Here are some typical flow rate: 
MISTER: 2 inch/hour
FIX_SPRAY_HEAD: 1.5 inch/hour
BUBBLER/ROTOR_HEAD: 1.0 inch/hour
ROTARY_NOZZLE: 0.7 inch/hour
ROTARY_EMITTER: 0.5 inch/hour
