How to leave a valve open all the time.

Is there a way to leave a sprinkler valve open all the time? I don't want to make a schedule. I have a valve connected to a motion activated sprinkler. I need that valve open all the time.

smart zone advanced range

in the SMART Advanced zones section of the APP in the SI system the mm/hour scale goes from 10 to 100
in the US system Cubic inch per hour [in³/h] from 0.1 to 5

the data refers to the single zone therefore VALVE in my case PIXIE 1. 
The scale of values used does not seem to be correct a 3/4 hose with a pressure of 1 Bar brings about 9000 liters per hour 
perhaps the data in the app and mm³/seconds and in³/second I'm doing something wrong.

Change Wifi problem

I replaced the router, the extender remained unchanged.  Unfortunately I am unable to reconnect the 6-channel control panel.  It's like it doesn't reset.  After the reset the LED remains off.  The wifi network is present, but it gives me an error when connecting after entering the password.  How to solve 🙏

Scheduling Issue

Hello I have two questions that I hope someone can help with.


I have my schedule set to skip Rain on Previous Day, Rainy Day, Next Day. It just rained for two days here locally and the system still kicked on today. Am I missing a setting?


When I set my schedule it will only populate for the current month even though I set the program I have for 5 months. Am I missing a setting?

Soil moisture adjustment

Is there a way to manually adjust the soil moisture levels? For example, I have a zone that is reading as saturated (above 80). However the irrigation in that zone has not been connected prior. It would be useful in the app to be have the user adjust soil moisture levels manually to help with issues like this in the future. I do not have any soil moisture probes installed so the moisture levels are being automaticaly calculated by the smart watering algorithm.

Sensor issues

Hello, since the email I sent was never answered I now send a message through the app and will post here to in the hope to get a response. I installed 1 sensor but nothing seems to work. The sensor is listed as a device in my app but it does not show up on the home screen as the irrigation zones do.

In the app the sensor states 0% battery even though I charged it manually before installing and the units gets over 6 hours of sunlight a day. Following the instructions in the app I pressed the on button in the hope it sends data manually and the unit first lights up blue followed by blinking white. 

Overall I am quite disappointed with the controller. The smart watering is completely out of sink with reality as it waters 3 times the amount of water needed. It never takes the rain into account. 

The sensor does not work at all

The instructions for the system are as good as none

Could you have done any better. I don’t understand the positive reviews on Amazon. Are they real?

Sprinkler Type for Soaker Hose

I am using 1/4 inch soaker hose for my netro controlled irrigation system, yet that is not an option in the "sprinkler type" selection box. What Sprinkler Type should I choose as an equivalent? Are there any plans to add Soaker Hose as an option in a future update?

I have small lengths of soaker hose encircling the base of each of my 20 bushes with lengths of standard hose running between them. for a total lengh of 50 feet of soaker hose.

Hello! For a few days the watering has stopped in the middle of the program, although in the app it tells me that it is watering. Sometimes I try to irrigate manually and the irrigation does not connect either, but in the app it tells me that it is watering.

PIXIE-1 Low pressure IN - gravity irrigation systems don't Work

HI Support Team and All,

I purchased the smart valve (PIXIE-1)  and the sensor (WHISPERER-2) for my vegetable garden, but unfortunately the pixie-1 releases a few drops of water when it is in irrigation mode, my watering system is ecological, I collect rainwater, 

because the pixie-1 does not it passes water with little pressure, the pressure is low but sufficient for irrigation.

This wasn't written anywhere.

Is it possible to configure the valve to use it with low pressure?

This is smart watering?

I’m currently using my Netro spark 16 to water a 1 1/2 acre field of grass. There are a couple zones that are repeatedly watering for just a few seconds or a couple minutes when they are supposed to be watering for 6 to 10 minutes. It is causing a very big issue in the field. There are a large bare spots that are directly around the problematic zones. Is there any fix to this? I need answers ASAP.

Netro app won't open... It opens then closes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Cleared data. App still won't open. I only have access throughout the beta web app
