Does anyone have ideas for protecting whisperer from my gsd puppy?

My whisperer-2, installed ~36 hours ago, is consistently reporting a temp about 10F hotter than reality.

Thoughts?

Having problems getting it to connect to wifi?  Trying everything I can think of? Help???

I have some basic programs to water.  At the same time smartwater is enabled on zones?  

It seems the programs run - but smart water does not control the duration 

Is there a way to specify when watering evens should start but let the smart water control duration?

How can I do?

I would like to add a GEN 2 whisper to my Spark system because I cannot seem to rely on any of my three weather stations to provide accurate rainfall. I obviously don’t want to rely on a single sensor to determine the moisture level in my entire lawn, so can I add multiple to a zone and have Netro average it per zone? 

I have 3 Whisper gen 2 sensors 2 have firmware 3.1.1 and one has firmware 3.1.5. How do I update the firmware on these devices?

I’m sure my transformer is not working.

I want to utilize automated rain delay feature.

If I have my 11 zones enabled for Smart Zone watering, the zones will water in a random order.

I need them to remaian in order 1-11. I cannot yet find a readon why.

Not much fun sitting on my lawn when a zone unexpectedly turns on.

If I use a manual program, then the rain delay feature cannot be used.

Is there a way to enable an automated rain delay in a manual program?

and/or

run the zones in an order when utilizing the Smart Zones?

And yes, most of my zones have the same environment settings

Why do my zones only activate for 2 seconds?

Hello, I have activated Continuous Monitoring on my Wispering gen2 which means I should get an emediate update when the moister has changed.

But I don't get any update/ change until the aut hourly upate of the measurement is done.

My indicator led is burn out. whocan I replace it?

Could you add a pause feature in Manual run? When I am running a zone, sometimes I need to halt the run and make an adjustment or fix a leak and then turn it back on. Right now, I have to stop the manual run and then start all over. 

I have one sensor that is controlling 5 zones, in the last few months it has rained for several days and the humidity recorded has always been 100%. For three weeks however it has not rained anymore and the soil has started to dry out and so has the garden, because the sensor continues to report 100% humidity skipping the irrigation cycle. How can I unlock the sensor humidity reading?

I have had smart cotroller netro for 3 years. Never problems! 

Now i d like to buy z1 pixie with hub! But is it essential the hub for smart controlling? And if yes the hub has to be connected by lan to the router? 

My app on my phone say that the zone is on watering but when i look outside nothing is happening !!!

Hello, I have 5 sprite-type irrigation controller units installed. In one of them, the irrigation stops after approximately 14 seconds on all channels, although it still appears as watering in the status. We have measured the electrical resistance and it is normal.
