deleting plant sensor??

My terminal 1 is not working anymore. How can I troubleshoot?

Smart watering has taken over my system. It waters on the wrong days at the wrong times. I have tried and tried to reprogram it with no success. I have asked for support from Netro at least 10 times and they have no support. Can someone please help me and tell me how to program the stupid smart system? It waters my plants three days in a row and then doesn’t water it for four days. My grass is dying. My plants are dying. Everything is dying because Netro has zero support. They don’t even have helpful videos on YouTube someone please help.

For some time the system worked perfect. Now I  have two sections that don't work. It turns out that the signal to activate the valve is too short. When I  put a meter on it and then activate the valve the meter jumps to 28v for about one second then drops to zero before the valve can move. Conversely the one that works stays at 28v for much longer. I have rebooted and reset the system.  Any ideas?

I have bougth a Netro sprinkler w/o adaptor for an offer on Amazon IT.

Unfotunately i though a 24Dc adaptor would be OK but valves don't turn off while using program and manual irrigation too.

Point is that it is very hard to find an Ac Adapter 24V in our country.

Could you please help to find some place where to retrieve one?

I don’t know what’s going on my Netro spark randomly started on its own at night. 5 or 6 times a night for 1 min up to 10 min. Yesterday it ranned for nearly 90 minutes. How can I prevent this?  

This morning my 16 zone Spark unit was showing a red LED.

The app said it was online but when I tried to manually water a zone, it just said "connecting" for the duration with nothing happening outside.

Our wifi was running as normal and the room with the controller in had a good signal.

Unplugging and plugging back in solved the problem but it doesn't leave me with much confidence of the unit if it's going to do this at a critical time of year without being noticed.

Is there a reliability issue with the latest firmware?

My controller operates but many times, rather than executing the time setting. It just cuts out? 

I do have a sensor connected but I took it out of the ground to exclude wet soil feedback 

I'm guessing there is a parameter forcing the stops? 

Could anyone give me a direction where to look?

The two zones on the Netro Stream Smart Indoor Watering System are in reverse. When I select Zone 1 manually on the machine or from the app, the water squirts out from Zone 2. And by selecting Zone 2, the water comes out from Zone 1. Anyone else having the same issue? Is this something I can fix as a DIY, like opening the box and swapping out the two wires?

I've just installed a Spark 16 and I'm playing with the settings. I tried out a zone photo that hasn't really worked but can't seem to find a way to delete it.

Can someone help please?

One of the sensors started giving humidities form 80 yo 30% from one hour to another. I changed the position of the sensor and restarted various times. Now the sensor measures 0% humidity. 

Now after 4 days the sensor is dead. Tried charging and still doesn't start or show any life.

Any ideas to solve this problem?

I have a Flume on my master water meter.

Is anyone familiar with any integration between Sprite/Spark and Flume?

Thinking of scenarios like:

If Flume water is already in use heavily (can be defined) then delay watering

Logic between Flume and either Metro to help with faulty valve / leak detection based on water (augmenting Spark's*)

If Flume detects water is shut off, don't run any Netro programs

* I read in Wency's reply at (https://netrohome.com/en/forum/posts/3479/show_question) that 

"The faulty valve detection relies on monitoring the voltage and current of the water valve's operational state. As for measuring the volume of water consumed, it's a consideration for future developments."
