I have some concerne about the time range. I set the Smart schedule to water just from 5am to 10am. But the Smart program seems to override this control. How can i ensure it would be respected? 

Could you please advise me on how to determine the specific requirements of my rose bush? While I have access to the data, I find it challenging to apply it without knowing the ideal conditions for my particular rose.

Now i d like to buy z1 pixie with hub! But is it essential the hub for smart controlling? And if yes the hub has to be connected by lan to the router?

Hello, I have 5 sprite-type irrigation controller units installed. In one of them, the irrigation stops after approximately 14 seconds on all channels, although it still appears as watering in the status. We have measured the electrical resistance and it is normal.

Why do my zones only activate for 2 seconds?

I have one sensor that is controlling 5 zones, in the last few months it has rained for several days and the humidity recorded has always been 100%. For three weeks however it has not rained anymore and the soil has started to dry out and so has the garden, because the sensor continues to report 100% humidity skipping the irrigation cycle. How can I unlock the sensor humidity reading?

I received a notification on my phone that my Pixie is offline. I am out of state. Will my pixie still execute its schedule? Will it water my plants?

The same thing happens to me too. No irrigation today... 04/27/2025 Netro does not connect... it says it is watering in manual mode, then I go to check and nothing happens! No water comes out of any station, I tried to reset but to no avail. If I try the tester the irrigation starts but if I try with the manual it says it is watering but that is not true. I checked the Wi-Fi and it is fine.

When I try to set the trigger for a moisture level in IFTTT, it does not give me the option to choose at what moisture % I want the trigger to run.  How do I set the trigger for a specific %?

It only gives me the option for account, device, and zone.

Hi I live in the uk and have chalk under a few inch’s of soil what setting on soil types is it most close to with you soil types and what the best weather options you have for uk weather

Is there a way to replace the light?

My #1 zone comes on whenever any other zone is on.  There has been no changes since last season other than a new wifi gateway.  I have deleted the Netro app and still have the same problems.  I have checked wiring to the controller and it is exactly the same as last season.  No shorting.  Does anyone have another suggestion to try and solve this issue?

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

I can’t connect to my irrigation controller through my desktop computer, or the Netro App.  Are you guys having server problems today 4/27/25?
