What is the exclamation mark on schedule?

What does the  exclamation mark mean in the schedule pages?  Does this mean that they haven't run?? If so this is a major fail on the part of an irrigation system and should surely at the least result in notifications to the phone or email to alert?  I've had plants die in the last week of very dry weather as I assumed this was watering daily as per the advanced settings. s

How can I tell if it skipped a day due to rain or excess moisture?

With the Pixie is there a way in app (and if so where) to see if it skipped a day because either the sensor reported that the soil moisture was above the threshold set or because the weather provider predicted enough rain to cancel it?

How do I correct rainfall to 0?

Netro app says we received rain yesterday but it didn’t rain at all.  When I go to correct in app it only allows me to go as low as .1 inch.  How do I adjust to zero?

The battery for my pixie has failed

My pixie battery has failed after 1 season of use.  It doesn’t hold its charge, and therefore the timer goes off line.  How do I get a new one?

Minimum moisture content

I was trying to see if there was a way to set a minimum moisture content for my grass. As in it can’t drop below 75% so that regardless of how much rain there is or Esther it had rabbits scheduled time or not it would run again or alert you that it needs watering?

Has anyone else noted that very few of these posted questions are getting answers? Is Netro even looking at these queries/problems?

I have a Whisperer that will not reset after winter storage.  No answers to my posted question. If I cannot reset the unit it will be the last one I ever buy. Only one season of function is unacceptable.

I decided to skip all zones after the program started running since I am working in the yard today.  Three zones have run, but I want to skip the rest so it is not so wet. I get the following error. 
In a few hours the cycles will all have run. How do I stop it?

my spark controller schedules insufficient watering of my lawn, so much so that it is very dry. on which settings (type of soil?) can I intervene to have longer irrigation times?

I've been playing with my Netro controller for 6 hours now. I create programs and the first time when I look at the schedule the zones are not shown in order and then they repeat for a second time with a different intervals after the first run ends. I try cancelling the duplicates and both occurrences disappear. I could not figure how remove the duplicates only so I tried resetting the controller. I took about 5 tries before it worked.  Then I did the wifi setup and setup a new program. Just a basic 11 zones with a start at 6:00, weekly and start on jun 16,2022,and I enable it and save. When I check the schedule. Nothing shows up for 6/16 and on the home screen it says next run not scheduled.  All of the 11 zones say next in -- without any entry.

Water Bill Killing Me

I live in Houston.   We're having a month long heat water and our city has been raising water rates and they are now some of the country's highest.   Anticipating $1000+ next month for 10K sq ft yard.   Lawn very green with Netro (fully automatic).    How can I sacrifice some of my plush green so I can afford to buy gas?

I can't get the device to connect to the internet.  Every time I change to the device wifi it say I need wifi to make the change. Once I select it my wifi shuts off so it can't connect.  


I beyond frustrated with this system

I use Netro Pixie for over a year. Now my battery % goes 3%-11%, 45% maximum, even in sunny days. May i conclude the battery needs to be replaced? Please confirm and tell me where to buy for prompt delivery in Belgium.
