Anyone else have problems with whisperer/whisperer 2? The ones I have just seem to stop working out the blue.  The current problem unit is a whisperer 2 which was sent to replace a broken whisperer.  It comes on, lights up, and shows 100% charged when plugged into a usb power source.  As soon as I unhook the power source it stops working, and oower button does nothing.

How do I change and save schedule? 

Hi there I use the netro smart feature and the whisperer. 

The smart schedule for zone 5 watered 28 minutes at 5am and the sensor measured 99% humidity.  Then it watered again at 6am... which is obviously a waste of water as the zone is already 100% humid. So it look like when the program starts it does not take into account the humidity again until the next run for that zone. 

For zone 5 I am using regular mode. Not the Deep or EPA. 

I also have the condition that 

- Sensor to report every hour

- skip watering if above 60%

- Sensor firmware 2.0.1

Why is connection lost with my cover on. But when I take it off it then reconnects? My lawn once again looks like crap because this thing glitches out.

My sensor shows the moisture way above where I have my watering adjustment set to not water, but it is still watering. What am I doing wrong?

I have six sensors but use only 3 which are 1, 3 and 4; however, I am having problems with sensors 4.

I'm really hoping you can help me. I bought two Whisperer 2s.

I have 6 zones and all but zone 1 run.  I start running manually and app says watering but nothing.  I checked the wires, none loose.  It will run randomly but I’m getting really frustrated.  

Am I able to create a schedule for new seed that allows me to add 2 watering times (1 in the AM and 1 in the PM)? Right now I had the create 2 separate schedules. 

Help! How do I set up my controller to a connect to my new router?

I have a Sprite which has 5 working zones which are all connected to smart watering, 4 to sections of the lawn and 1 for the garden.  The lawn zones all water automatically but the garden zone only waters manually.  All zones have been set to water automatically via smart watering.

What could be the possible cause of this please.

How do I get a manual run without having a delay. Manual should be manual in my opinion. No added delays from his knows where. Please can anyone help?

My controller has been out almost a month. I have factory reset, short reset uninstalled app, and unplugged it. No matter what I do, i cannot get past the connect to netro wifi step. I need to blow out my sprinklers and I cannot get my device to work to manually run them. It will say its connected and do the spinning wait thing, then suddenly tell me to connect to the netro internet again. When I go to do it again it says no internet connection. Please help me. I cannot get the system to set up our county water restriction schedule. It is Wed and Saturday up to 10am in morning and after 6 pm at night. I would really like to run each zone once in the morning and once at night!  Any suggestions before I get fined $200.00?

I live in Conroe, TX and I cannot get the manual operation to come on. I’m supposed to water every 2 weeks during the winter months if I have not had rain. No rain in over 2 weeks so I need to turn it on. I do not have anything programmed right now. Any suggestions?

I have a Flume on my master water meter.

Is anyone familiar with any integration between Sprite/Spark and Flume?

Thinking of scenarios like:

If Flume water is already in use heavily (can be defined) then delay watering

Logic between Flume and either Metro to help with faulty valve / leak detection based on water (augmenting Spark's*)

If Flume detects water is shut off, don't run any Netro programs

* I read in Wency's reply at (https://netrohome.com/en/forum/posts/3479/show_question) that 

"The faulty valve detection relies on monitoring the voltage and current of the water valve's operational state. As for measuring the volume of water consumed, it's a consideration for future developments."
