My indicator led is burn out. whocan I replace it?

My app on my phone say that the zone is on watering but when i look outside nothing is happening !!!

Help for my controller dropping the wifi weekly?  I have to unplug the controller to reset and wifi works.  When on vacation my controller can't be unplugged so is there a fix or work around ?

I can't connect both of my two Pixie devices to Alexa — I can only control one.
How can I fix this issue?

I have a digital water metering in my house from my water supplier. So know the exact amount of water that ist running for all zones If netro ist running and watering the Garden. Unfortenately i can Not find an Option, to Tell netro how much water in qm per hour is running for wach zone. IT would be great If that could be implementated to have an exact number of qm water that ist uswd for watering each zone. So gar I know netro gives only an wstamated number of water used for wach zone, depwnding in size of watering area and Type of watering equipment.

Anyone else have problems with whisperer/whisperer 2? The ones I have just seem to stop working out the blue.  The current problem unit is a whisperer 2 which was sent to replace a broken whisperer.  It comes on, lights up, and shows 100% charged when plugged into a usb power source.  As soon as I unhook the power source it stops working, and oower button does nothing.

I have 6 zones and all but zone 1 run.  I start running manually and app says watering but nothing.  I checked the wires, none loose.  It will run randomly but I’m getting really frustrated.  

Why is connection lost with my cover on. But when I take it off it then reconnects? My lawn once again looks like crap because this thing glitches out.

My Netro controller is about three years old. I recently changed my Wi-Fi router about two months ago.  I repaired the controller with the new Wi-Fi, all seemed to work for a few days. Then the controller started cycling on and off of Wi-Fi. There are windows of several minutes that I can communicate with the controller, then windows of several hours when I cannot.  The light on the controller is solid for about 20 seconds, then three slow blinks, solid for 20 seconds, then three slow blanks, this pattern continues indefinitely. I have repaired the controller to WiFi several times. I have unplugged and then plugged the controller back in multiple times. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating when I’m changing sprinkler heads and have to wait several hours to try a manual run to test the new heads. Has anyone else experience this and more importantly solved this issue? Seems like my system has a mind of its own.  It'll water on time for a few weeks then stop then water again. 

I cannot get the system to set up our county water restriction schedule. It is Wed and Saturday up to 10am in morning and after 6 pm at night. I would really like to run each zone once in the morning and once at night!  Any suggestions before I get fined $200.00?

My controller has been out almost a month. I have factory reset, short reset uninstalled app, and unplugged it. No matter what I do, i cannot get past the connect to netro wifi step. I need to blow out my sprinklers and I cannot get my device to work to manually run them. It will say its connected and do the spinning wait thing, then suddenly tell me to connect to the netro internet again. When I go to do it again it says no internet connection. Please help me. I sent an email from my email as the registered user (husband) is deployed in the middle east. Please look for an email from "kimbo__@"

How do I get a manual run without having a delay. Manual should be manual in my opinion. No added delays from his knows where. Please can anyone help?

How does the Spark test the valves?

I want to connect a 24V input sensor on the spark outlet channels to switch 2 knx connect valves in different location. Cabling to those valves is to long for 24V. 
The valve testing always says that there is not current and switch it off --> Do i need a resistor on the outlet to simulate a valve? If yes, which value should the resistor have?

My sensor shows the moisture way above where I have my watering adjustment set to not water, but it is still watering. What am I doing wrong?

I have six sensors but use only 3 which are 1, 3 and 4; however, I am having problems with sensors 4.

I'm really hoping you can help me. I bought two Whisperer 2s.

I have a Sprite which has 5 working zones which are all connected to smart watering, 4 to sections of the lawn and 1 for the garden.  The lawn zones all water automatically but the garden zone only waters manually.  All zones have been set to water automatically via smart watering.

What could be the possible cause of this please.

Am I able to create a schedule for new seed that allows me to add 2 watering times (1 in the AM and 1 in the PM)? Right now I had the create 2 separate schedules.
