Dear customer,


Could you confirm if your water valve and your power adapter is 24VAC? Not DC.

When that zone is watering and you cannot stop it with your Netro app, please unplug the power adapter of Netro sprite, see if the zone is still watering.  If unplug the power adapter, the zone is still watering, this zone valve need to be checked.

Netro already has an open API interface that allows users to retrieve one year of data from the sensor. Here is an example: 

netrohome:https://api.netrohome.com/npa/v1/sensor_data.json?key=Your Sensor Serial Number&start_date='2023-01-01'&end_date='2024-03-01'

Please replace the key with the serial number of your sensor. We provide data in JSON format, which can be easily exported to a file using various software available online. Uploading data through the app might occupy space on your phone.

Dear customer,


You will need to adjust the "Moisture to Add Watering" setting to a value below 45%, for example, 25%. Once this is done, you'll be able to select a percentage below 50% from the "Moisture to Skip Watering" options.

Stand alone Whisperer 2 Sensor

Thanks for reporting and we are looking into it. One Pixie can only assign one sensor. If you want to add a standalone sensor again after adding it once, you need to switch the group to the plant sensor to add it again.

May I inquire if you intend to use it inside a greenhouse? If so, to skip the impact of rainfall on watering, we can internally configure the Indoor mode for you. Alternatively, if frequent watering is preferred, you can choose the Frequent mode in smart zone settings.

Pixie & Wisper 2 - How to get them to connect?

Dear Mark,


I think what happened is that when you installed the controller you chose the sensor first and the app thought you have the intension to add some standalone sensors (not assigned to any zones in the controller).


To move the stand alone sensors to a zone, first you have to go to Settings->Sensors->Edit(upper right corner) and then delete the sensor. Next you will have to go to the home page. There is a drop down menu and please select your Pixie, then tap the "+" button on the upper right corner,  go to Add a Product-> Plant sensor and then complete the following procedures to add the sensor. You will need to press the button 6 times on the back of the sensor to change its mode to Setup mode (light blinking slowly).
