App do not accept any weather underground station IDs

Hi. I’m trying to add my weather underground PWS station ID and it is not accepted. I’ve tried several stations and the app say invalid station ID for all of them. They are all online.

Recommended WiFi Doesn’t Match Options Given

The setup recommends a WiFi that is not an option in my WiFi settings. There is a Netro WiFi I can connect to, but the app refuses to recognize it, saying I have to use the name they give me.

Manual schedule with Rain Forecast

Hello,


Is there a way to get a manual schedule to honor the rain forecast and not water on those days?  I need to be on a manual schedule for one zone as I have a wide variety of plants in that zone and I have to force a shot everyday cycle.  However if it rains I would like the app to not water that zone on that day

How do I allow a third-party to have control of my sprinklers? The situation would be for example if a irrigation lawn specialist is coming over to adjust my sprinkler heads and I don’t wanna have to follow him around and turn on zones etc.

Calendar won’t update

I was trying to edit/delete existing schedules. But seems not working

1. There was always a green circle running when I save the change and it never go away

2. If I close the app and come back again, the calendar still show old schedule 

3 however if I try to edit the schedule now, it shows the program had been removed (as shown in pic)

Cannot remove a tree from my zone #2

Good day all,

in my zone #2 I set up a Magnolia tree.


If I remove the tree and set up lawn, the app apparently does it, but when I come back to check,  it mixes things up:


This seems to happen only with zone #2: how can I fix it and get rid of the Magnolia tree in this zone ? Does it affect my watering calendar ?

Hi all,

is there any way to force the app to use ENG language ? The ITA translation is sometimes really bad and puzzling...  

I can volunteer to tune up the translation if needed.

Wifi connection

Hi 

After opening the app ( 3.0.1) 

it takes. sometimes. and random does not get online 

After shutting down apple smartphone … sometimes gets online sometimes not 


It seems that it connects correctly with my ipad

It would be nice to assign the wire color for each zone in the app.  Doesn’t need to be prominent but maybe on the setting > zones screen.

Cannot add sensor to Pixie controller

I had to replace a Pixie and cannot add a sensor to the area of garden it irrigates. The Timer->Settings->Sensor contains no add button.    Android 12 on a Samsung S21, App version 3.0.1


What am I missing?

Is anyone else having a hard time getting this thing to work? I purchased a Pixie to automate watering my tomato plants in a small garden bed, but so far it's been beyond frustrating.


The app either shows the Pixie on standby or offline,but it's clearly communicating with it... if I pull down to refresh, the green light on the Pixie starts to blink.


However, I just can't the Pixie to actually work as a timer. I set up a program with a watering schedule, but the Pixie doesn't listen to it, and it doesn't show up in the calendar. When I try to start manual watering through the app, the time is crossed out, and pressing play / start does nothing whatsoever.


The home screen is also super unhelpful and shows no past or scheduled watering times. The only way I have been able to get the Pixie to water is to walk up to the unit and press the button twice... but the app doesn't register those either.


What am I missing? Unfortunately, the Pixie manual doeant explain the app at all. Is there a new user guide somewhere that I haven't found?


Honestly, I haven't been as frustrated with a piece of tech in a long time, and am about to return it if I can't find a solution in the next few days.

Is there a way that Netro can allow 30 second waterings? This would allow Netro to be compatible with some of the tower gardens that use soil and have internal irrigation systems.

Dark Sky Weather

Does anyone know why the Dark Sky weather service was removed and replaced with Netro Weather.  My system has work great until today.  All six zones ran this morning and we had roughly an inch of rain yesterday.  Never had this issue with Dark Sky.

Manual run not available in version 3.0.1

My Netro app got updated to version 3.0.1 and after that I don’t see manual run option for each zone Home Screen. My wife’s phone has version 2.5.3 and manual run option is there. 
Any reason it has been disabled in newer version? This option is very helpful  and we use it all the times. Please help me as I need to test my Sprikler system and fix/adjust  heads.

Pixie in constant “sleeping” mode

Trying to manually operate Pixie via the Netro app. cannot get out of sleeping mode.   Time/duration field says; “pending”   Never exits that mode.    I tried on/off 10 times as I read in another reply and that did not resolve.   Removing and reinstalling battery unit did not resolve.  Help!

Ap not showing when zones are on

Hi...stations Turn on when scheduled but ap does not show when a station is on. Ap does show after the fact that the zone ran but not in real time. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the ap but no change. Any help?
