Reorder zones in the Netro App

Is it possible to change the order in which the garden zones are shown in the Netro App?


In my case they are shown in the same order they were created initially in the app and I would like to see them in a different way.


I suppose I could delete them and create everything again from scratch, but I would like to avoid that.

Hi there

I have read this article explains how to save water based on 

- seed type

- watering adjustement - EPA

- how tall to cut the grass

- how tall to leave the grass to growth ( deeper roots, the problem of loosing water by transpiration)

Currently the whisperer takes into consideration soil evaporation, but I do not know if transpiration is something to add to the watering algorithm

Smart Schedule is Confusing Dumb Me

I recently bought the Netro app, and I had success with installation and download in the app. The app connects flawlessly to the control box. At this stage I am very happy with the product. However, the Smart watering app is confusing to me. I have added my watering schedule and I’m confused why for example zone one is listed three times for watering. Can anyone please explain this to me. Thanks.

How to set 15 second zone run for maintenance

Hi, I'm using a SPRITE-12 and have to flush one zone in order to replace head but the minimum runtime on app that I can find is one minute which is too long. How can I simply turn on one zone for 5 - 10 seconds? Thanks in advance for you attention.

moisture data missing when turn off irrigation

I have turn off the Netro irrigation on the 1rst of march using the app due to water restriction on my area.

I also use to download data using the API, my surprise is that moisture estimation for each zone are not calculated from first of the march because of the irrigation was stoped.

I think must be independent the stop watering action with the calculation of moisture levels…because the Netro is active and connected to Internet and everything is on, the only action that I took was to turn off watering, not turn off all the system!!

This is so damn frustrating to use.

I set to water every odd day.  Start in March.  It’s March 3rd no watering being done and the app says next watering April.  


Any suggestions?   Been struggling with this app for two years now about to give up

Hi there.


Trying to add my fifth and sixth Whisperers to the App, but I keep getting the error:

"Unable to get your location. "Please enable the location service on your phone."


Location services are on and the permission is set for the Netro app.


The app says "getting location" when it starts, but when adding the Whisperer, still says it can't get the localation.


Have rebooted the phone twice. Turned location services off and on. Unset and reset localtion permissions for the app, but still no progress.


Do I need to wipe all the data from the app? Will this lose all my settings or are they backed up in the cloud.

Irrigation is cut off before programming

I have programmed the irrigation for 20 min each zone but after 10 min it cuts alone and the app shows that it is watering. that could be happening?

New phone - deleted schedules??

A couple months ago, I got a new iPhone and automatically migrated all my content over from iCloud backup - including the Netro app. However, it seems like my watering schedules have all been lost or deleted. 

We have had quite a bit of rain and cold weather - so I kept thinking it was automatically correcting / adjusting for that - but now have confirmed that all the schedules are gone. 

Is this a bug? Or a setting? Or perhaps user error?

Location issue when adding sensor

I have a pixie and whisperer 2 set up and working fine, but I am trying to add another whisperer 2 as a standalone sensor and keep getting an error message that I need to enable location services on my phone.

I have checked the location permissions and settings in my phone (android 13) and everything is fine. The address I am adding is exactly the same as what was entered for the pixie and other whisperer. 

I was able to successfully add the second sensor by entering an address in the USA which suggests it may be an issue in the app itself and since I am in Australia that isn't a permanent solution for me.

Has anyone encountered this issue or have a fix?

New whisper not showing up in the app

I have added a new whisper (gen 2 with usb) but it doesn't show up in the app. I have tried to reset it and add it again but i get an error saying it's already on my account.  What should I do next? Where can I see which devices are on my account?

How can I manually activate Nitro Pixie IMMEDIATELY?

I just installed my new Netro Pixie, and I'm in the process of learning how to use it.

I tried the manual activation feature, however the app allways reply that irrigation will start after a (prolonged) period - in the range of 1 hour).

Why?

Is it possible somehow to get an immediate activation of the manual irrigation command?

System has been drained. Controller unplugged. Notification and location turned off. When I try to turn off “Enabled” it turns right back on. Can I shut down the app?

Smart watering with repeating program

Hi,

I have a repeating program set up for 2 zones.

I have smart watering disabled for those zones, because I prefer to set my watering at specific times and days. but I have it set to not water if I have 5mm  rain option.

My question is, can I have smart watering turned off but still have the app cancel my repeating program if it rains more than 5mm?

Have I got the settings correct?

Whisper connected to stand alone not showed

I had stablished a new whispered as stand alon( I área associated). In the installation it gave me an error and now, the option to asóciate again to stand alone is not visible. Neither the whisper to be deleted.

When trying to reconnect show whisper already in my account
