Network Error With Code: 3404

When I try to change settings on my whisperers it gives me this error code. Both my phone and the whisperer are in range of the wifi. Also, I can change it from someone else’s phone but mine continually gives this error. What’s the issue? I’m on iOS, the phone that worked was an android

Low pressure on pixie

Hi, 

I have pixie for one year, the first year is was working perfectly. Nevertheless when i reinstall it this spring, I observed a frequent problem : 

when pixie start watering, there is like a air cavitation noise in the pixie and the pressure of the springer is almost zero, I have to manually turn off the tap then reopen it ( while pixie is still on) to recover the full pressure in the watering system. Meaning that the system is useless if i am not at home to each time turn off then on the tap. 

Can you provide me some tips to troubleshoot, and fix this issue?

Good afternoon,

I have two sensors that register always the same % of humidity. One, about 4/5% and the other about 98%.

For a test, yesterday I poured direct water in the sensor that indicate 4% and it jumped imediatelly to 95%, V but after a few minutes it returned down. Also during a small raining it didn’t change. Is there some suggestion to be function them right? Position, mode of positioning into che garden ….

Pause a location\device

Hello.  I have a Sprite-6 device. A head in one of my zones broke over the winter and we have had a rainy spring so I want to run my system manually until I can get everything repaired and ready for summer.  How do I Pause (take off line?) a location\device and then run each zone on demand?

Manual Watering

From the home screen, I use the manual watering option. Each one of my four zones won't go higher than 30 minutes each. I can go to the wheel adjustment, but it won't go higher for some reason and I'd like it to go to 60 minutes.

solid red light - spark controller

my controller stopped working after I lost water for couple of days. I unplugged it for 15 minutes but the sold red light is not clearing and the controller is not working. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks

60 minute limit

I would really like to see the app be able to water longer than 60 minute increments. I know there is a way around it to create multiple programs that run consecutively but I Would love to be able to turn on a zone from the app when it’s not scheduled and water for 8 plus hours (drip on big trees). I Have been a Netro user for years and love everything about it except this one part.

Can you tell me if the Netmo system can be linked to security systems that can then turn the water off automatically if a movement is detected so that they don’t get a soaking?

I’m thinking apple Home in particular.

Buongiorno ogni volta che salta la corrente la centralina crede di funzionare ma gli irrigatori non partono. Per far sì che tutto riprenda a funzionare bisogna ogni volta resettare la centralina ma se qualcuno è via per molto tempo potrebbe costituire un grosso problema.

Wi-Fi connectivity

Hi!

I am having reconnecting to my home wifi after I changed the router.

I've followed the steps, reset thru the box and can see netro network come up. But it doesn't connect. Tried several times with unplugging the box completely but not resolved.

Appreciate your help.

I just put out some grub killer, and they want me to water it in. But when I have my system water all spots it only Waters about two or three minutes each  section.  How do I water for a certain amount of time for each section?
