Can’t run sprinklers manually

Hello, I am currently trying to winterized my sprinkler heads. I am trying to run each set of sprinklers manually giving time between each zone to allow the compressor to repressurize. The Home Screen in my Netro app does not have a “play” button allowing me to run each zone manually… what gives?? I feel like there must be something I am missing otherwise this app isn’t very well designed. I am aware there is a winter run program, however it doesn’t allow me to set times between zones to allow the air compressor to repressurize, please help!

Manual watering stuck at 5 min

When I tried to water a single station I could not change the time away from 5 minutes. Some stations allow me to change the time but others will not.


What can I do to change a single station to greater than 5 minutes?

Metro Sprinkoer states it's running but it's not

I have noticed recently that my lawn has been dry. When looking at the app, it states that the schedule ran successfuly. I decided to test manually today and have noticed that even thougit says it is watering, it is not. I would estimate at least a two weeks that it has not ran. Also had a bunch of offline online notifications. I completely disconnected and reconnected from power and still no luck.

How to remove a "device" without sensors?

Hello,


I bought 2 whisperers and 1 controller.

I set up 1 whisperer as a sensor before trying out the controller because it arrived first.


Then when I got the controller a few days later I "deleted" the sensor and factory-reseted it so I could add it to my controller.

Now I have an empty "Plant Sensor" section in the app (and in the webapp) and I can't delete it


How do I remove the empty section?

Adjusting Rain Fall

Hi guys an girls. 


New to the whole netro system, have my system all installed and set up. My question is the weather, the smart watering has moved the schedule due to. The weather saying we had rain yesterday. But there was no rain fall in my area yesterday. I've tried to correct this in the app but it will only let me select 1mm as the minimum value. Even this is adjusting my schedule. So it's not really that smart if it's claiming to have rained when it didn't an not allowing me to input the correct amount. This need to be addressed in a future app update as if the app thinks it has rained and it has not I need to be able to correct this.

How can I get (and download in csv or similar) historical daily data about spended irrigation time for each zone, it could be usefull ir order to see how to reduce the watering bill.

New lawn setting

I am putting down some new sod Thursday.  My last controller had a new lawn setting that ran for 15 minutes four or five times during the day.  Is there a way to set that up with this controller/program? I think I'm running a sprite, netro version 2.5.3

Not all zones are executing

I have 6 Watering zones. I have my weekly watering scheduled to run zones 1-5, never 6. For some reason it is skipping over zones 1-4 and only executing zone 5. I just deleted the whole program and started over to see if that fixes the issue. Does anybody know why this might be happening?  All zones work fine if individually run.

How do I add the Whisperer sensor as a sensor with my existing Pixie? It let me add it as a new device but when I go into my Pixie, the option to pick a sensor is blank.

Default view on startup

I see that the application always open by default using the plant sensors view. I don't have any sensor and always have to change the view before managing zones and watering schedules. Is there any way to make this the default when opening instead of the sensors? It's really annoying to have the wrong screen everything we open the application.

Notifications

I was told by support a few months ago that notifications will be included in the next release of the netro application.

I was included as a beta tester for the new version but I don't see any option for notifications when the system start or stop watering the zones. 

It was or wasn't included?

How to Manually Water with Pixie?

Is there a way to activate a watering manually without having to restart the pixie or wait until it syncs? I just want to press manually water on the app and have it start. I’ve tried it with the ‘stay online’ beta feature and it still says ‘watering in xx minutes’.

Adding a second moisture sensor to the Netro app

 I purchased a second Whisperer. I added it via the Netro app, and it shows up on the app start page.  As it is in a different part of the USA than the first sensor, I wanted to assign  a different location but the app does not seem to allow this.  Am I missing something?

correcting rain value

Is it not possible to correct today rain to a value lower than 1mm?, the app said it has rain today 2mm but I want to correct it to zero mm.
