App states watering when it is not

I have noticed at times when I’m using the app that it states that it is watering when it is not. I checked the schedule, and the schedule does not say it is watering either. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Thanks.

I just got the new pixie z1 and it doesn’t control the water from the faucet. When I turn it on the water simply flows through as if the smart faucet isn’t there. Also I did not receive my smart sensor for the ground and no responses from the emails I have sent you you.

Quite often I have my Netro controller disabled and then enable it quickly to be able to do some manual watering.


What would be useful is that, after the manual cycles, the unit would return to disabled mode (i.e. preserve the state of the unit as it was before the manual watering). This would stop the automatic watering from starting unintentionally.

I bought a Netro controller, installed it, and everything works. When I try to integrate it with Alexa, it becomes complicated. I already downloaded the skill and associated my user, but it doesn't appear in Alexa. It only works when testing the skill. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thank you.

How do I cancel a schedule watering on the Netro App? I set up a schedule for heavy watering but only wanted to run it 2 days, now I can’t figure out how to cancel the schedule!

0 Minute Zones?

I have 10 zones set up in my Netro system.  How can I create a program that will "zero out" specific zones while setting up desired minutes on other zones?  Right now, I had to select the minimum "1 minute" for the unwanted zones since "0 minutes" is not an option.

2 new devices. One not working.

I have 2 new Pixie faucet timers.  One seems to be working just fine so far.  The other will not shut off the water.  They are both set to Advanced Smart watering but the one never shuts off the water even when it is not on a scheduled watering and it says it is online.  Do I possibly have something set wrong?  Or is it a faulty device?

Master error “open circuit”

I swapped out a Hunter ProC controller with a Netro Spark 16 zone controller  The zones all work fine, but the pressure is now too low   When I ran a valve test all of the zones were normal but I had an error message for the Master that says “open circuit”   Not sure what it means or how to resolve it   I checked the wiring connections and they seem fine. Has anyone else run into this ? Thanks

good evening, I have 4 valves connected under relay and 3 direct, the 3 direct valves work correctly but on the first 4 I always get an E2 error. is it possible to disable the open valve control?

Pixie keeps disconnecting

Hello I have 4 pixie devices.  Two are right next to each other.  One of these two keeps going off-line every couple of days.  Then i have to manually press the button on the device to bring it back on-line?  How do i fix this annoying issue?  Thanks. Sang

dummy serial for testing

Hello,

I am presently uprgading my jeedom plugin of Netro and I need to test my code with all models. I can do it with Sprite/Spark/Sensor since I have got the devices in my own installation. This is not the case for Pixie, I do not plan to purchase it since I do not need it but some of my plugin users do have it.

Do you have a test/dummy serial number that I could use for testing Pixie integration ?

Intelligent mode useless

Hi,

The inteligente mode watering a lot of minutes. However I have adjusted the dimensions and type of soil and it seams there is no impact on the schedule. Then I have decided to stop intelligent mode and schedule by myself. However I do not see my schedule in the calendar. I have setup it on preferences but it is not visible. My fear is not active. Thanks
