I want to set up a repeating program schedule to run every 4 hours to establish a new lawn. At this point I have found the repeating programs will only allow a minimum interval of 1day (24hrs). Is there a way to schedule a repeating program with a shorter interval time?

Hi there,

Is there an option to set a manual run or a one time run for more than 60 minutes? I would like to perform a deep soak on some of my older trees. The smart schedules will only run water less than an hour as well. Is there an explanation why zones will not run for more than an hour?

Why is battery status 282% of charge. Can’t go over 100%.

I used to be able to start any zone I wanted from the Home Screen by hitting a big green arrow. Where did it go? This was very handy for cycling through zones at system startup and shut down in the fall. Now how do I do it?

Hello.  After turning on my sprinkler system back on for the summer this year the Netro has not worked correctly when in Smart Zone mode.

Depending on local regulations and watering context, there are occasions when restrictions do not apply universally. Is there a way to disable them? Or do I just need to buy a different device?

My pixie won’t find my Wi-Fi. I’ve rebooted my router but didn’t help. 

The texts in gray over white are very difucult to read.

My pixie sprinkler keels since 24h on status sleeping even if it should go on line twice a day, usually did until yesterday, it does not water nor using programs nor manually. I am far from my home what can I do?

Anyway to set home as the default instead of plant sensors when the app opens?

I have some trusted meteo station in my city, I've tried to add them via WU but the netro app reads wrong maximum and minimum temps. In WU all data is fine. Can you patch the problem?

I cannot find a way to reduce the minutes each station is watered. All stations on Eco boost. And some water almost an hour total (in 3 sessions) on allowed watering days. Our local So Cal restrictions are 10 minutes per station! How do I restrict  this?

just installed his transformer burned out I had an electrician install a new transformer, now it works but the sprinklers only turn on for a few seconds, what can it be
