Dear customer,


You can use an external multimeter to measure the resistance of the water valve. Before measuring, ensure that the wires connected to the water valve and the common wire are disconnected from the controller. If the resistance is greater than 100 ohms, this indicates an open circuit. Conversely, if the resistance is less than 20 ohms, it indicates a short circuit.

Since your zone 5's "smart zone" is not set to Advanced mode, it will not generate a smart watering schedule. Additionally, we've noticed that zone 2 is not detecting the water valve current. Please check to see if the wiring is loose or disconnected.

Dear customer,
  1. Could you please check the wires to see if they are loose or disconnected from the socket?
  2. To check if the controller is functioning correctly, use a multimeter in AC voltage mode to measure the voltage between the common wire and the zone wire when the zone is activated. The voltage should usually range between 24V and 28V.
  3. You may also need to check for short or open zones. You can use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the standard wire and each zone. Please make sure to disconnect the wires from the socket before measuring. A regular reading is around 30 ohms. If the reading is less than 10 ohms, there may be a short circuit in the solenoid. If it is greater than 80 ohms, there may be an open circuit.

Dear customer,

To reset the device, please press and hold the device button for 12 seconds. After the reset, the device's white light will flash. Once reset, check your phone's WiFi list for Netro_IRC_xxx. If it appears, go to Netro APP -> Settings -> Controller -> Change WiFi and follow the steps to connect the device to the network.
