Dear customer,


Since your zone 5's "smart zone" is not set to Advanced mode, it will not generate a smart watering schedule. Additionally, we've noticed that zone 2 is not detecting the water valve current. Please check to see if the wiring is loose or disconnected.

Dear customer,
  1. Could you please check the wires to see if they are loose or disconnected from the socket?
  2. To check if the controller is functioning correctly, use a multimeter in AC voltage mode to measure the voltage between the common wire and the zone wire when the zone is activated. The voltage should usually range between 24V and 28V.
  3. You may also need to check for short or open zones. You can use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the standard wire and each zone. Please make sure to disconnect the wires from the socket before measuring. A regular reading is around 30 ohms. If the reading is less than 10 ohms, there may be a short circuit in the solenoid. If it is greater than 80 ohms, there may be an open circuit.

Dear customer,

To reset the device, please press and hold the device button for 12 seconds. After the reset, the device's white light will flash. Once reset, check your phone's WiFi list for Netro_IRC_xxx. If it appears, go to Netro APP -> Settings -> Controller -> Change WiFi and follow the steps to connect the device to the network.

Dear customer,


We have observed that the plants in Zone 5 are shrubs, which require a relatively long smart watering cycle of about 13 days. If these plants have been newly planted, we recommend selecting the "New Plant" setting. If the plants are not newly planted, you can also choose the custom watering mode.

1) You can awaken the Netro app for irrigation using a voice assistant. We provide a guide for using Google Home that may be helpful.

2) You can go to Settings -> Weather Provider. Choose Weather Underground PWS, then click "Find A Station" to locate the nearest station. Once you have found the station, enter the selected Station ID. After entering the ID, click save, and the weather will update with data from Wunderground.
3) Our smart schedule is created using Netro’s intelligent algorithm, which monitors soil moisture, weather, and other factors. This may differ from your estimates.
