Manual run times need to be longer and editable while running

Hi Netro,


One frustration I have is that manual run times are important to me but cannot be longer than 1 hour (or programs) and cannot be adjusted while running.


I have Netro connected to a solenoid that controls watering of our small vineyard.

I rarely water in any way other than manual, because I need to control the amount of watering and also use fertigation to feed the vines.


Due to the amount of water required, I need between two to three hours of watering. I also like to adjust as I go, depending on how long the fertigation takes, so the ability to increase time without stopping the watering is also important.


My other solution is to disconnect the wire from Netro and use a Shelly 1 instead, whereby I can turn the watering on and off as I desire.


I would rather just use the Netro app, given that everything is already connected.


It is quite limiting to not allow hours as well as minutes (or to allow more than 60 minutes). amd not to be able to increase (or decrease) the time while the manual run is going.

Hi there.


Trying to add my fifth and sixth Whisperers to the App, but I keep getting the error:

"Unable to get your location. "Please enable the location service on your phone."


Location services are on and the permission is set for the Netro app.


The app says "getting location" when it starts, but when adding the Whisperer, still says it can't get the localation.


Have rebooted the phone twice. Turned location services off and on. Unset and reset localtion permissions for the app, but still no progress.


Do I need to wipe all the data from the app? Will this lose all my settings or are they backed up in the cloud.

Customized moisture level not triggering watering

I have a Sprite with 3 Whisperers, all in the veggie patch.


I have the zones set to customize with a low of 25% and a high of 45% (I find 30 - 35 % moisture about right)


But the zones just won't get watered!


Zone 1 is down to 6% today and has been dropping steadily for days.

I HAVE to manually water, as the day time temperatures are consistently over 30 degrees (today 33, tomorrow 37).

Otherwise the plants will die.


Given there are only two values to enter (low and high). How do I stop the Netro from skipping days and putting the zones in the "Moisture" category??

instead of the orders.


I have two orders in the system but cannot see the status of either of them.
