Is there another related problem, when I activate irrigation for 1 minute in order to be able to get moisture data using the API, the values obtained are similar that values 15 days ago (around 77%). It’s not real data!!, There is no rain for more than 15 days nor irrigation, so moisture must be below 40% or 30%. Seems that Netro doesn’t recalculate moisture when the irrigation is not enabled. So this will result in an erroneous starting point when the irrigation restrictions stop here.

 

I think you have units confusion.

mm/h is not ml/h

mm is used in irrigation and meteo raining and is the amount of water rains in a square meter. so:

1 mm = 1 liter/m2

1 mm/h = 1l/m2/h

in your case because you have to divide your 4lt/h by the m2 of irrigation area in order to get the lt/m2/h

I had the same problem, I realized that the roots of a nearby tree had grown to touch the whisperer sensor, giving moisture readings of the root and not the ground.  have you tried to move the whisperer?
