When the Netro controller loses its Wi-Fi connection, it enters an offline protection mode. To prevent your garden from drying out, it relies on its internal safety memory to execute the baseline Fixed Schedules / User Programs. Because it is offline, it can no longer receive real-time weather forecasts or cloud "Rain Skip" commands.
To fix it, please ensure your router has a dedicated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band enabled.
