Dear customer. since your controller has a green light, it is successfully connected to the cloud. The issue where the switch flips back is likely a synchronization error or an expired login session.

Please try the following:

  1. Log out of the Netro app and log back in. This often refreshes the "token" and restores the connection between the app and the server.

  2. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app to clear any cached data.
