We’re sorry for the frustration. Regarding the setup, please go to the Netro App and tab. The "+" icon which should be located in the top-right corner of home screen. If you don't see it, please ensure your Netro app is updated to the latest version.

We also appreciate your feedback on the lifespan of the sensors and have shared it with our R&D team for future improvements. If you still cannot add the new device, please email us at support@netrohome.com with a screenshot of your home page.
