Just i thought. My pixie is connected to a tap that is shaded most of the day. It would be great if the solar panel was removable so it can be placed in a better place with a wire to the pixie.

Thank you for your suggestion. The solar panel is currently integrated to ensure the best waterproofing.
We’ve shared your idea for a detachable panel with our R&D team for future updates. In the meantime, if your Pixie is in deep shade, you can use the USB port for a manual full charge to keep it running.
