The two frames only means that available watering time will be split into two intervals. The frames are not actual programs that will trigger any watering. You will need to create a manual program to run at each time you want to water, within the configured frame. If you’re using smart zone, and don’t see any watering in the second time frame, the smart program exhausted the watering needed.
