Dear customer,

This is a known issue and we will fix it in the next release. There is a work around way, please add the device by using any random US address. After installation, please send us(support@netrohome.com) an email with your current complete address info inlcuding zipcode and country. 

We will update this info from server, which will not affect your normal use of the product.
