The battery for my pixie has failed

My pixie battery has failed after 1 season of use.  It doesn’t hold its charge, and therefore the timer goes off line.  How do I get a new one?

Netro app says we received rain yesterday but it didn’t rain at all.  When I go to correct in app it only allows me to go as low as .1 inch.  How do I adjust to zero?

How can I tell if it skipped a day due to rain or excess moisture?

With the Pixie is there a way in app (and if so where) to see if it skipped a day because either the sensor reported that the soil moisture was above the threshold set or because the weather provider predicted enough rain to cancel it?

What is the exclamation mark on schedule?

What does the  exclamation mark mean in the schedule pages?  Does this mean that they haven't run?? If so this is a major fail on the part of an irrigation system and should surely at the least result in notifications to the phone or email to alert?  I've had plants die in the last week of very dry weather as I assumed this was watering daily as per the advanced settings. s

Any plans on adding a "move schedule ahead XX days" feature?

I would LOVE to have a way to move a days scheduled run (and all subsequent runs) ahead XX days.  For example, if I have all my zones scheduled to run tomorrow, but it is raining today (and I'm scheduled for every third day runs), it would be great to move tomorrow's run ahead 2 days (as maybe it's not raining TOO hard, but enough to warrant not watering tomorrow), and then that move trigger all subsequent runs to move ahead by that many days as well.  Any plans for such a feature?

Move a Zone between Terminals

Is it possible to move a Zone, in my case: "Prato e back giardino" from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 in a efficient way?
Let's say, for instance:  Copy Zone "Prato e back giardino" or Move "Prato e back giardino" from Terminal2 to Terminal 3, without being obliged to cancel the previous and reprogram all in a new Zone?

I've a problem with Terminal 2: the wire broke inside and I am not able to remove it ....

Whisperer sensor not activating.

Sensor was removed thru winter. Now will not activate and shows single red light only. Been in direct sun for 3 days so fully charged. Cannot get white light to reprogram.

Reset rain delay to 0 (null)

My rain delay is set to 15 days. How do I reset or delete the current delay?


The program is now scheduled 15 days out, and I have disabled and re-enabled my program in hopes it would reset it. I checked restrictions and the delay is not listed.

Schedule keeps overriding programs

Weeper hoses need to run for hours, the only option in smart scheduling is drip irrigation which is having it max out at like 30 mins a day

On my schedule screen sometimes I have an “!” mark. Sometimes it’s a “i” If I tap on the zone it takes me to preferences. Did I make a change that I am not aware of? What does this mean?  Thanks.

Schedule is empty?

I just installed the pixie timer and i would like to test it. 

However even if i scheduled two test runs, none of them appears in the schedule yet.  Is the schedule updated only once a day? 

Manual run is not available (the timer appears strike-out) so i cannot even test that way.

Netro screwed up

I'm not sure what Netro did to the App over the winter but it does not function worth a damn. We turn on one zone manually and shut it off and try and turn on another zone and the first zone state is also on. 

One of our customers has a problem where all zones come on a one time.

Bring back the last version!!!

Connection issues

Good morning,

Randomly my device loses connection and keeps blinking.  I have to turn it off and on for it to get the network back.  The Sprite is five meters from the router and next to other devices that have a good connection at all times.
