Hello everyone, I have a problem with the link between Google Home and the service of Netro Home, when I have to enter my account and password, it didn't work. Don't link the accounts. There is a problem?

Hi, during the installation phase of the controller, it was not possible to change the position regarding the geographical state of the machine, a US state remains by default and consequently, I can assume, the start times of the irrigation cycles are carried out with the time zone american time. How can I fix it?

Custom sprinkler flow rate

Hi!


I have sprinklers with 6l/min specification. in the custom sprinkler settings there is a drop down list with flow ratea 10-100 mm/h.


If I make a calculation 6l/min x 60 min = 360 l/h = 360 mm/h? And that's only for single sprinkler. If I add up all the sprinklers in the zone it's even more. Is flow rate unit not specified correctly or am I doing something wrong?


It would be great if there was flow rate specified when selecting sprinkler type for zones .

One channel is always on

Hi everyone, 

I have a 6-channel Sprite with 6 hunter valves. 5 channels work perfectly, one seems to be always on. I tried a brand new valve, a reset of the Sprite, unplugged it from power, changed the wiring but nothing helped. Any ideas?

Unable to delete 6-zone control unit from PC

This morning I had to reset the 6 zone control unit. After the reset everything is fine from the Netro app. Instead, when I log in from a PC with my account, the old setting is detected and it won't let me delete it. The system returns error nvalid group ID 33131: invalid device status.
What to do?

I’m upgrading from my Netro Sprite to a Netro Spark. I have very complicated watering schedule and I have 12 zones already programmed and set. I prefer to not have to sit there and reprogram everything manually. Is there an option to backup and restore my water programs and zones?

Rotor head

I've just been using a Netro Spark to water my garden. I have set up 3 zones. Two of these zones have a rotor head sprinkler. However, they don't cover the same area. One of them rotates over 90 degrees. The other rotates 180 degrees. So I think the rotor head that covers the 180 degrees needs to run double the time of the 90 degree one. How can I set this? I've set the sqm for each head, but smart irrigation used the same times for both.

A Netro Spark with no WIFI

Just bought a Spark and realized my home wifi sig doesn’t reach the location where it is installed. 

While I sort out how to increase the signal I wonder if there is a way to program the Spark to operate without Wifi

Update the irrigation routine according to the updated weather forecast

Hi there!


I live in Madrid, Spain and use AccuWeather as my weather provider, since NetroWeather does not provide a correct forecast for this area for some reason.


This week we have had heavy rain forecast so Netro will not activate the irrigation system for several days. The problem is that as the day goes by the forecast is changing and Netro's planning is not updated.

It has already been several days in which according to the initial forecast, it was supposed to rain and it did not, so I have had to launch manual irrigations.  


Is there any way to force the smart irrigation program to update according to the new weather forecast?

Frequently disconnection from the wifi

My device is always offline unable to connect to the wifi. I have to reset it and then the connection works for a while.

There is a repeater  2 meters from it. The signal is strong.

I am not able to successfully connect to my new pixie

1. Pixie lifht flashing white

2. Login to App

3. Add Product

4. Select device

5. Enter name and addess info

6. Begin

7. Connext phone to Netro wifi

8. Next

9. Select homw wifi

10. Enter password

11 next

... Connecting... 

Pixie light flashes white, eventually turns red

App errors

Wifi password is correct, and i am in same room as router aand pixie is next to me. 

How dobi check port is not beinf blocked hy router? I have Huaweu Q2 Pro, dont see anything tonsuggest iit is.
