I would like to learn more about the watering modes. Specially I would like to know the difference between EPA and Deep. 

Make´s sense to use it in summer? specially in hot areas over 30ºC

Is there preset option fir watering schedule for when grass seeding ? 

I just installed the unit, set up the program properly? And try it out all the zones. All I wanted to do was test them to make sure they were working. But how do I turn off the water if I just want to test it for a minute?

I have 5 zones programmed daily in 15/20/35 mins intervals however when I goto the home screen I see them all in 15mins intervals... Seems as the home screen bypass' the current daily programmed schedule.  How do I have my programs run as intended 15/20/35 .ins intervals vs the 15mins it self imposed?

Just received your goods. Had no problem connecting the Spark unit but cannot connect the whisperer.

When reaching the Wifi template it is stuck to the Netro_PLS_xxx and cannot move to MyhomeWifi.

Of course have no access to Netro..... and in any case do not have the password.

The installation manual says it will connect to the router. Unhappily looking to the router I see clearly the Spark but nothing else

Looking at the about screen on the app (on my phone), I click on the "Check Server Status" and I get the following message:

"MQTT(port 1883) is blocked by the router"

This device is on a separate IoT network that has full, unrestricted outbound access to the Internet. What could be causing this?

Is something being blocked on my phone? 

Does the Netro Pixie timer work with low pressure or gravity watering systems? 

How long should it take to the senors to learn?

I have a grass area that a split for 2 watering zones. How can I use 1 whisperer to serve both. 

How it possible to assign sensors to multiply zone or setup the zone to follow watering pattern of another zone.

I have 2 12 zone sprites installed and bothe are working correctly.   Is there a way to combine them some how to keep from having two zones (1 per controller ) from coming on at the same time?

For the moment, I have one whisperer connected to one pixie, and everything is working fine.

I have a question though, if I would add another pixie to control another watering zone, can I connect the same whisperer to that second pixie?

In other words, can I connect one whisperer to two pixies?

I am using a netro spark for a 12 zone setup. Outside of the rough UI app experience, I am continuously seeing odd behavior in my physical irrigation system. I recently had new hydroseed installed and have the netro controller setup to run at 4 different times during the day. Typically 75% of the time things work as expected, then the other 25% of the time, my app displays "loading" for a full minute before the zone is turned on and other times the zone will turn on, then immediately turn off, or only run for less then half of the scheduled time. 

This is becoming quite frustrating as I cant trust this system for what its intended to do.

Outside of this issue, I have already been able to replicate two different scenarios that I would consider to be bugs. 

Really hoping someone can assist with this because I'm tempted to switch controllers for a more confident system.

Let me add, I just turned a single zone on manually at the controller with the same results. Set controller to run a zone for 4 minutes, zone turned on, then turned off after 1minute.

Wifi at my controller is 10.2 Mbps download and 13.1Mbps upload which is more then sufficient for MQTT as well as on a channel that has very minimal collision.

One of the main selling points for me was one of the bullet points in the description:

"Lifetime Cloud Service - Connects to WiFi(2.4G), monitors and controls your sprinkler system anywhere from iOS(8.3+), Android(5.0+) devices and Web browsers"

I tried looking up its IP address on my router, but that fails to connect. How does one access this controller using a "web browser"?

This feature is very important to me.

The Sprite is breaking the watering of my trees into a whole bunch of short bits of watering. Given the way my soil sucks down water, I'd prefer to water my trees for 4 contiguous hours of watering every two weeks, but there does not seem to be a way do specify this directly.

I buy a new whisperer every year (on my 4th year now). I also try to charge the old ones each year. I set them in the direct sun. At night I put them under a direct indoor light source. This year they have been charging for a little over 4 weeks now. This gives them enough power to run for 7-10 seconds. As the watering season where I live is only about 4.5 months, this means that every whisperer only lasts me 4.5 months. It's a pretty expensive solution at this rate. 

Is my experience common? Has anyone gotten a whisperer to work after being stored over the winter (and I do charge then fully before turning them off for the winter)?  I assume the internal rechargeable batteries just aren't that good. Has any one had any experience changing the batteries?

Hi friends, I have a doubt, how can I program my controller without the smart program? What I want is to schedule my lawn to be watered EVERY day at the same time: for example, every day at 8:00 a.m. for 15 minutes.
