Hello, Here on Europe we use 24 hrs instead of 12 hrs pm/am, where can I change to 24hrs in the Netro App, also it shows wrongly morning instead of evening according to  program

Programa que se ejecute en más de un horario

¿Es posible en un Programa manual que se repita en más de un horario al día?. Sólo he podido indicar en cada programa una hora de inicio y una hora de fin, me gustaría en ese programa que se lanzase una vez por la mañana y otra vez al final de la tarde

Why isn’t the Pixie off by default?

Hi,

Just got a Pixie for my balcony drip system (used to have a Gardena un-smart controller). As soon as I installed it, water was running through it! Why is not off by default and why isn’t there a simple start/stop button on the app (in case of emergency)? I don’t want my neighbors underneath complaining it’s dripping water all over the place because of an issue with the smart watering system that couldn’t be easily stopped!

Pixie unable to connect to the internet

I  bought a new Pixie and I connects with my router, it does not connect to the internet. The suggestions in the directions do not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

New Whispere

Have a whisperer working fine.

As the battery of my second one could not be charged (even by cable) bought a new one.

The new whisperer is blinking white, the phone, the router and the new whisperer are within 3ft of each other.

Nothing happens on the appli, see only the existing whisperer not the new one.

What should I do ?

Netro Whisperer gen2 4 zones

Hello, please take in consideration to extend the possibility to link the whisperer up to 4 zones at least. I have 4 zones enabled on my netro sprite and the smart zones enabled and linked with the whisperer only on 3 of them. How can I setup all the 4 zones to follow the same smart program? Now the 4th zone (not linked with the whisperer) can follow only a manual program or a smart zone which is different from the other 3. I would like to water the garden with all the zone at the same time.

Dutch language improvement

Some translations in the app for the Dutch language are a bit off. The wrong translation from English to Dutch is used.


For instance to save a setting in Dutch the word “sparen” is used. “sparen” in Dutch is used for instance to save money. The proper Dutch word to save a setting is “opslaan”


Another one is how “disabled” is translated. It currently says “gehandicapt” which is the Dutch word for disabled people. When a setting is disabled the proper Dutch word is “uitgeschakeld”, literally meaning off-switched

Greenhouse

One of our sectors runs inside a greenhouse now. Apart from soil type and sprinkler head type, does anyone have advice how to optimise sector settings for this situation? I feel the influence of sun and normal outdoor temperature is different, and rain is completely absent in this sector. 


May I suggest to add some sector setting that it is inside a greenhouse?

programs overlaping (smart scheduler and watering adjustment)

The smart schedule overlaps with the watering adjustment program that runs when the moisture goes below a %.

Yo can see here that zone 5 run 10 minutes the program and then 37 minutes the scheduler.  It has no sense and it is a waste of water.


  1. After the watering adjustment run, the smart scheduler should recalibrate the timing based on the humidity of the land.
  2. I have the whisperers, the whisperer should monitor the humidity and stop the smart watering once it reaches 99% of humidity but it seems the program runs all the way.

This could be improved in the application.

WISPERER 2 SENSOR DOES NOT MEASSURE HUMIDITY WELL

One of the sensors started giving humidities form 80 yo 30% from one hour to another. I changed the position of the sensor and restarted various times. Now the sensor measures 0% humidity. 

Now after 4 days the sensor is dead. Tried charging and still doesn't start or show any life.

Any ideas to solve this problem?

Random Start

I don’t know what’s going on my Netro spark randomly started on its own at night. 5 or 6 times a night for 1 min up to 10 min. Yesterday it ranned for nearly 90 minutes. How can I prevent this?

Solenoid does not switch off

My system has 5 solenoids.  All worked fine until recently.  One will turn on and off manually.  


However in smart timer it turns in but not off.  


How can I confirm if a app set up issue or a hardware issue with solenoid itself.

Netro Spark valve testing

How does the Spark test the valves?


I want to connect a 24V input sensor on the spark outlet channels to switch 2 knx connect valves in different location. Cabling to those valves is to long for 24V. 
The valve testing always says that there is not current and switch it off --> Do i need a resistor on the outlet to simulate a valve? If yes, which value should the resistor have?
