My Netro controller is about three years old. I recently changed my Wi-Fi router about two months ago.  I repaired the controller with the new Wi-Fi, all seemed to work for a few days. Then the controller started cycling on and off of Wi-Fi. There are windows of several minutes that I can communicate with the controller, then windows of several hours when I cannot.  The light on the controller is solid for about 20 seconds, then three slow blinks, solid for 20 seconds, then three slow blanks, this pattern continues indefinitely. I have repaired the controller to WiFi several times. I have unplugged and then plugged the controller back in multiple times. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating when I’m changing sprinkler heads and have to wait several hours to try a manual run to test the new heads. Has anyone else experience this and more importantly solved this issue? Why is connection lost with my cover on. But when I take it off it then reconnects? My lawn once again looks like crap because this thing glitches out.

I changed the sprinkler head on zone 5 after installing the new controller. All zones work but 5. I can run it manually. It won’t work on smart watering.

I can’t connect to my irrigation controller through my desktop computer, or the Netro App.  Are you guys having server problems today 4/27/25?  

One of our sectors runs inside a greenhouse now. Apart from soil type and sprinkler head type, does anyone have advice how to optimise sector settings for this situation? I feel the influence of sun and normal outdoor temperature is different, and rain is completely absent in this sector. 

May I suggest to add some sector setting that it is inside a greenhouse?

Some translations in the app for the Dutch language are a bit off. The wrong translation from English to Dutch is used.

For instance to save a setting in Dutch the word “sparen” is used. “sparen” in Dutch is used for instance to save money. The proper Dutch word to save a setting is “opslaan”

Another one is how “disabled” is translated. It currently says “gehandicapt” which is the Dutch word for disabled people. When a setting is disabled the proper Dutch word is “uitgeschakeld”, literally meaning off-switched

Hello, please take in consideration to extend the possibility to link the whisperer up to 4 zones at least. I have 4 zones enabled on my netro sprite and the smart zones enabled and linked with the whisperer only on 3 of them. How can I setup all the 4 zones to follow the same smart program? Now the 4th zone (not linked with the whisperer) can follow only a manual program or a smart zone which is different from the other 3. I would like to water the garden with all the zone at the same time.

Have a whisperer working fine.

As the battery of my second one could not be charged (even by cable) bought a new one.

The new whisperer is blinking white, the phone, the router and the new whisperer are within 3ft of each other.

Nothing happens on the appli, see only the existing whisperer not the new one.

What should I do ?

I  bought a new Pixie and I connects with my router, it does not connect to the internet. The suggestions in the directions do not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

Just got a Pixie for my balcony drip system (used to have a Gardena un-smart controller). As soon as I installed it, water was running through it! Why is not off by default and why isn’t there a simple start/stop button on the app (in case of emergency)? I don’t want my neighbors underneath complaining it’s dripping water all over the place because of an issue with the smart watering system that couldn’t be easily stopped!

I would like to ask for advice on how to improve the water pressure for my Netro Pixie irrigation timer.

Here are the details of my setup:

• The water is stored in a cistern with a capacity of one cubic meter (1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter), equivalent to 1,000 liters.
• The Netro Pixie smart timer is installed three meters below the tap of the cistern.
• When the timer opens, only a small amount of water flows out.

How can I improve the water output and quantity? Are there any adjustments or solutions you would recommend?

Our landscaper installed a 4 zone sprinkler system and put a garden bib on zone 4 with a faucet Is there a way I could keep zone 4 on all the time so the faucet can work all all times?

I have the Netro Whisperer2, and all works fine except for smart watering notifications.

They alert within the Netro app - how can I get them to alert outside of the app (i.e. "normal" smartphone alerts)?

It's great that I get the notification in the app, but that means that I have to constantly manually open the app to check for notifications - which essentially makes the notifications almost useless.

I've uninstalled and re-installed; I've disable the system setting to give the app access to send system notifications and then re-enabled it; and anything else I could think of that could be stopping the app being able to send a system notification.

Am I doing something wrong here, or does this intentionally only keep the notification internal to the app?

Is there a way to replace the light?

I am limited in GPM, and in some areas of my lawn, I would like to water for more than 1 hour at a time for deep soaking. I cannot find a way without using multiple programs to the same zone. It is pretty labor intensive.

How do I add a second user ( second phone) to our system?
