Good afternoon. 

 I have problems because I don't recognize the wifi.  I'll explain. First I connect by wifi to netro and it does not give me any problems.  But when I go back to the next screen to connect the mobile to the wifi and the wifi from home no longer appears. He's gone. And I can't continue with the installation.

I have a Sprite installed at a healing garden--part of a new transitional home here in Sebastopol, CA  for homeless veterans on which I was the project manager.  However the non-profit team who will bring in the vets has not taken occupancy yet and the wifi will be theirs.  It says in the netro installation that in case of no wifi , it "might work to use the "test run" program on your iphone on the log-in page.  But I cannot see the "Test Run" option  on my iPhone 6S.  

Please help because with the corona virus shut down, Netro is closed and  it could be weeks before I can get to the site to water it manually and all the plants could perish for lack or water!!!

This is my set up.

I have a netro device + whisperers 

I have set up the netro to skip the previous day and the next day after raining.

I also have set up the schedule for watering from 6 am to 7 am.

If moisture is above 50%, then watering is skipped.

Yesterday it rained a lot and today all the zones were supposed to be skipped. But one of the zones went down to 45% of moisture and watering was started at 19:22.

1) why this happened?

2) Can I change the moisture level to a lower one? Current limit in the application is 50%

Hi , I'm an Italian happy owner of the netro sprite since last summer :)

Last year I used a classic static programs, this year I want to try the smart side of the platform, I've set my seven zones (square meters,type, etc), but I've some questions:

1) I've two zones with Photinia Fraseri Red Robin (zone3,7), in the database I've set the "Photinia Fraseri", but I've a doubt for the area in sqm, is it square meters or linear meters? If I try to set 50sqm or 25 the water not change, is it correct?

2) The algorithm put 107minutes every 14.5days, I've ask to my gardener and he told me that it's too much water (about double) for that plants in this period. Can i set up only this zone with customs specs?

3) I want to buy the Whisperer sensors, but in Amazon.it there is only the sprite, if I buy by netrohome portal the delivery may be slow, there are additional customs duty,etc. Any chance to see in Amazon.it?

How do I disable all watering indefinitely through the app?

I am on smart watering.  How do I set up one zone for a garden?  Can it be done, or do I have to seitch over to manual watering? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone!

My sistem is still without water after the winter. Now temperatures are 12-16C during the day, and 0-4C during night. Is it ok to start watering now or is it too cold?

Help.  Last summer I installed my new Netro.  each wire color correlated to a specific area ie. front yard, back yard, side yard.  It worked last summer.  Now when I tell the system to turn on my any area such as back yard my front yard turns on each time.  all other areas remain dry.   help. what do I do?  i have already reset my unit and reconnected to wifi but still the same. 

Hello, Is it possible to water 2 or more zones at the same time? 

I want to test one zone now. I don't see a way to do that.

If sprite skips watering as rain is forecasted. But in actual if received less rain, will it increase watering time in schedule for next few days.

Following the acquisition of Dark sky by Apple and news that hey will be shutting down the API, will Netro be able to work with dark sky as a weather data provider?

I am trying to install my Netro Pixie and the vacuum breaker is blocking the filter on the Pixie. Any suggestions?

Can I use the whisperer to control watering of the Sprite controller? If I turn off smart zone. I notice you have Watering adjustment on the whisperer sensor where I can set moisture threshold to add watering and moisture threshold to skip watering. Would this work. I'm using this to water planters and small raised beds. Advice appreciated.

Hi, I wanted to know if I could remove a watering entry because of a system failure. Basically I had an issue where the wire on the master valve was disconnected and the scheduled watering sessions did not work for the week. After I figured out the problem, my system shows 80% watered but my grass is brown. I know I could take a hose to the lawn or just run the system till it hits 100% but it would be easier to just delete the entries and have the system understand it was never watered those days. Have not seen any way to do this so maybe I a missing something.

Hi, I was interested to know if you will be integrating Netro System to HASS.IO? This is a platform may people use and it would be great to have it integrated. 

Also, I see that there is some type of http page that shows files and SSH is enabled by default. These are security concerns and should be turned off if not used. 

What is host mode? 

From today, the temperature is shown in fahrenheit instead of Celsius, why? Where I can change the setting?
