Hi Carlo,
Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com with your Netro account registered email?
Hi Alessandro,
There are two moisture values: the top soil moisture reported by the sensor, and the deep soil moisture estimated by Netro. We have a AI model to estimate the deep soil moisture.
Do you mean skip watering feature? It is through Settings->Sensors. It allows user to select a sensor and tap the "Watering Adjustment" to input the value of "moisture to skip watering/ add watering". This skip watering feature uses the top-soil moisture from Whisperer sensor, not the overall moisture level. The smart watering uses overall moisture.
Thanks,
Wency

Dear customer,
Hi Alfonso,
Thanks for your request and I will forward it to our R&D.
If you do not want smart zone schedule to override your own programmed schedule, you can set up the Smart Zone level from Advanced to Basic through Settings->Zones->Smart Zone, which only skip rainning days for your programmed schedule.
For more information about Netro smart watering, here is an article about Netro three watering modes which might be helpful. https://netrohome.com/forum/posts/111
Hi Fernando,
1.We have implemented the app notification when the device starts to water. Currently it is ready for beta testing. Please let us know if you are interested in trying this feature and if yes we will enable it internally for you. In the next app release there will be a public on/off control for this feature.
2. We have updated the station ID for you now.
Hi Vieri,
If you are not sure about the exact flow rate, you can select "default" and see if it meet your watering needs. If not, you can adjust the value.
We have updated the regulation database from our server side.
Hi Vincent,
Netro will skip smart watering and programs when there is large amount of rain(>0.2inch/ 5.08 mm) or watering regulations and manual restrictions. Please check if it is the weather restrictions. You can customize the weather restrictions in setting -> preferences -> rain, like I want to skip the schedules on the day after tomorrow as well, or I want to skip if rain more than 0.5 inch. Thanks,
Hi Vanina,
Are you using pump or master valve? We are looking into it and will get back to you soon.
The "E2" code indicates that you might have an open circuit. Could you please check if the valve is connected or broken?
You might also want to check whether there are shorted zones or open zones. You just need to use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the common wire and each zone (remove the wires from the slots before testing the resistance). The normal reading would be 20-60 Ohms. If the reading is less than 10 Ohms then you might have a shorted circuit in the solenoid and if it is larger than 80 Ohms you might have an open circuit.
Hi Jean,
You can turn off the smart zone feature so the rain delay will be disabled. Or you can customize the weather restrictions in setting -> preferences -> rain and set the threshold at a high value, like 5 inch.
Currently Netro cannot export the irrigation data to a file.
Please go to Settings->Sensors, select your sensor, scroll down and you can check the battery level.
Hi Jim,
We are looking into it and will get back to you soon.
We have updated it for you now.
Hi Ale,
You could try "Eco" mode in setting->zones->smart zones->mode to reduce the watering amount.
By default, your Pixie turns on its WiFi module once every hour to sync up with the server. The sync-up usually takes less than one minute. For the next 59 minutes the timer will be sleeping and disconnected from the WiFi until the next sync. When the timer is sleeping, it is unaware of the schedule changes, including the manual watering.
