Dear customer,

If the Netro skill keeps disconnecting from Alexa, it is usually due to an expired cloud authorization token or a sync cache glitch on Amazon's servers.

Please try to Disable Netro in your Alexa app first, then log out of both the Netro app and Alexa app, then log back in. These steps shall re-enable the Netro skill in Alexa and link your account again.
