Could please copy the Key from the Shop/Account page again for verification? Ensure the API Key is correct to guarantee access.

Thanks for the reply. I've copied a fresh API key from the shop/account/API Key page. It works for the info.json call, but not for the set_moisture.json POST call

Dear customer,

To confirm: is the issue that the set_moisture.json POST call itself succeeds, but the moisture setting doesn’t take effect on the device?

Could you first try setting the device to Online status and retry to see if it works?
