As previous question, netro showing offline, but green on box. Not watering.
Have reset network and reconnected. Same.
Suggestions?
Hard reset?

Dear customer,
This issue may be due to your device being offline for an extended period. Simply pressing the reset button on the device may not automatically reconnect it. You will need to use the Netro app to change the Wi-Fi settings.
