Netro's algorithm encourages longer water time and less water frequency, which will help growth of the roots. If you think the smart schedules water too much , you can either change to different smart zone mode (ECO), or you can set up your own programs and set up your smart zone in basic level. You can view the estimated water consumption in the Discover page. However, it is the estimated water consumption which is not accurate. We will check the data from our server side and send you the past 90 days' data. Could you please send us email to support@netrohome.com and confirm if the zone area in the Netro app is correct?

How to set run for more than 60 minutes

Currently we do not support watering more than 60 minutes in manual run. As a workaround,  you can create multiple programs through Settings->Programs to increase the watering time.

Smart watering depends on many factors, for example, rain, evaporation, soil type. Fully shaded results in less water.

Yes. You can add multiple device in one Netro account. 

Please go to your Netro app home page, there is a "+" button on the right top corner, you can add new device from there. 
And you can switch between devices by tapping on the device name on the home page.
