Defective Whisperer

As following my message you asked for my delivering address I assumed that you were going to send me a new Whisperer.

As I have not received anything up to now any ad it is quite a long time should I take advantage of the offer you sent by mail for Black Friday and buy a new Whisperer.

I cannot connect to the Netro App on my Android phone anymore. Can you please check and let me know why it wont let me connect? I restarted trh device a few times now.

Random manual runs in the log

Hello ,

I have random manual run in the log some times few seconds sometimes few minutes 

I’m 100% sure it’s not manual, I.e. nobody manually activated watering 


I have noticed recently but if I got back to the history I see it’s going on for a while … 


How it be fixed ?

Sprite 6 will not connect

I’ve tried all of the trouble shooting and suggested steps to reconnect my Sprite 6 to my home network.  I’ve been trying for weeks.  I need to speak to someone in person to try to resolve this.  I either need a phone number to call or need someone to contact me at (414) 949-1944.

I have historical irrigation on zone “n” and I can get schedule data from the API if the zone is turn ON, but if I put this zone in unavailable, the API does not get the historical schedule data for this zone. I have to manually put available the zone, download from API, and then turn off this zone for get the whole data.

I think is not the expected behavior.

Shut down for winter

System has been drained. Controller unplugged. Notification and location turned off. When I try to turn off “Enabled” it turns right back on. Can I shut down the app?

Smart watering with repeating program

Hi,

I have a repeating program set up for 2 zones.

I have smart watering disabled for those zones, because I prefer to set my watering at specific times and days. but I have it set to not water if I have 5mm  rain option.

My question is, can I have smart watering turned off but still have the app cancel my repeating program if it rains more than 5mm?

Have I got the settings correct?

Whisper connected to stand alone not showed

I had stablished a new whispered as stand alon( I área associated). In the installation it gave me an error and now, the option to asóciate again to stand alone is not visible. Neither the whisper to be deleted.

When trying to reconnect show whisper already in my account

Notifications of device offline

Hi, my sprite is offline since 14 hours and I did not receive any notification on my smartphone.

Is it correct? How can I enable notifications as soon as the sprite is offline?

Netro Sprinkler WIFI Smart Controller not retry the connection

Hi all!


I have a “Netro Sprinkler WIFI Smart Controller” and when  sometime i have a problem with internet connection provider and  after the connection return up the controller still disconnect until i power-off and power-on the controller.

The led on controller blinking and the app show a off-line message.

 

Why Netro doesn’t automaticaly retry the connection ?

All other ethernet and wifi device automaticaly reconnect  after the connection return up.  It’s possibile configure Netro Controller to retry the wifi connection ot it’s a contoller bugs ?

 

 

Netro App vesion: 3.1.0

Netro controller hw ver.: 1.2

Netro controller firmware ver:  1.1.1

Percentage Adjustment

Hello, I’ve often thought it would be nice to have the ability to control my smart watering a little further by say, having a percentage adjustment? I’ve played with the settings and gone from Normal watering to Eco to Frequent but find that the differences are more distinct than I want them. Is there a way or maybe an update coming that will allow me to simply put that I want to water 70, 80 percent, etc? I could much more easily manage my water bill and usage with that handy feature. Please let me know if I’m missing it somewhere! Thanks!!

Google Home integration - no devices found

Hello all!

I've just installed the Pixie smart house faucet timer and whenever I try to link the Netro service to my Google Home I get a message saying no devices can be found.


Is there some setting I need to enable to allow the device to be found by Google Home?

All the zone were off in the application but in the device the zone 5 opened the passage of current to the valve remaining opened
