Dear customer,
We have also received your email and will get back to you soon.
Thanks,

I think what happened is that when you installed the controller you chose the sensor first and the app thought you have the intension to add some standalone sensors (not assigned to any zones in the controller).
To move the stand alone sensors to a zone, first you have to go to Settings->Sensors->Edit(upper right corner) and then delete the sensor. Next you will have to go to the home page. There is a drop down menu and please select your controller, then tap the "+" button on the upper right corner, go to Add a Product-> Plant sensor and then select the zone and complete the following procedures to add the sensor. You will need to press the button 6 times on the back of the sensor to change its mode to Setup mode (light blinking slowly).
Thanks.
Wency
When the smart zone is disabled, the system will strictly follow the user program to water the zones. There is no intelligence here. Netro will not skip your schedules when there is rain. Could you please go to Settings->Zones->Smart Zone to check if the smart zone is turned on?

May I inquire if your product is the Netro Spark Controller? If you have not set up the backup program for the Spark Controller, it will continue to execute the next 128 pre-loaded schedules if the Wi-Fi connection is lost, for example the router or the internet service is down.
The recently launched Netro Hub product continues to execute the following 32 pre-loaded schedules for each Pixie-Z1 if the Wi-Fi connection is lost. For more detailed information regarding the Netro Hub and Pixie-Z1, you can view: https://netrohome.com/en/shop/products/pixie_z1
We will look into it and get back to you soon.

We've noticed that installing ferrules can be challenging, and there's a risk of them coming loose, which could potentially disrupt the functionality. Given these considerations, we would like to advise against using ferrules on the wiring to ensure a smoother user experience.
If unplug the power adapter, the zone is still watering, this zone valve needs to be checked. You can also switch this issue zone wire with other good zone wire. For example, assume the issue zone is zone 1, zone 2 is good zone. Switch zone 1 wire to zone 2, and zone 2 wire to zone 1. Test the two zones, see if the physical issue zone still faulty.
Thanks for your request and I will forward it to our R&D. Currently we do not support this feature.

Depending on the selected sprinkler type, the default flow rate in different Modes is different. The default value is 38.1
If you want to customize the flow rate, you can go to Settings->Zones->Smart Zone, choose Customized mode, and you can set the Flow Rate.
