I would like to know what kind of sprinkler I have to set up in the app if I am using Rainbird R Van rotator 

I have a broken irrigation and would like to turn off that one station until I fix it.  How do I do that?

Good morning. I am observing that when I manual-water using the web app, and the watering ends, the indicator (blue watering can) remains blue, indicating that the system is still watering. Only resets when the page is left or refreshed. I think that the refreshing should be done automatically, perhaps. The current situation makes the user think there is some hang up in the system, although it is not operationally significant.

My lawn and plants are dying! Suddenly something has changed and my unit isn't working. I have tried running manually. Zone will start and suddenly stop. I've checked times and nothing has changed there. I have removed and reinstalled the app. No help! Not sure where to go from here.

Hello everyone, I have a problem.

To test the system, I started the “manual operation” function. For startup everything is ok but I can’t stop irrigation anymore. I have tried re-configuring the system several time, but I cannot solve the problem. Can anyone help me?

Hello. It would be nice if it were possible to customize the home screen. Select the product that appears by default when entering the app. Is it possible? I have different devices and I used one more than the other and the least used one always appears when I access the app, I understand why it was the first purchase. Thank you very much

I installed the sprite control unit.

I attach photos regarding the hardware and software version.

At the end of the installation I performed a manual test of the zones.
The problem I encountered is that at the end of the operating time the watering does not stop.

 How do I solve this problem?

One of my zones is connected to a valve that controls pool fill. What "Plant Type" & Soil should I specify to get smart watering.

Does anyone know what the exclamation icon means on the Metro App under schedule? 

I assume it means it didn't run, but why? These are the water schedules setup by Netro, I don't touch them. See screenshot.

My sprinklers decided to schedule a 45 min watering on its own. 

Only noriced it was on when there was onlt one minute left.

Now rhe manual operarion is somehow set at 45min and even if I chanfe it to one minute it goes back to 45. I worry it will go off in the middle of the night at unschedule time. 

Water is precious where i live. We havent had any rain since November. 

How can I stop the app to set schedule on its own for crazy amount of time?

I need to run watering programs 2-3 times in a day, every day. I have "two fra m es" checked but it only will do one.  What do I  need to do?

I have 6 zones but only 4 require to switch on the pump. How can I switch the pump individually on each zone?

Hi Netro,

One frustration I have is that manual run times are important to me but cannot be longer than 1 hour (or programs) and cannot be adjusted while running.

I have Netro connected to a solenoid that controls watering of our small vineyard.

I rarely water in any way other than manual, because I need to control the amount of watering and also use fertigation to feed the vines.

Due to the amount of water required, I need between two to three hours of watering. I also like to adjust as I go, depending on how long the fertigation takes, so the ability to increase time without stopping the watering is also important.

My other solution is to disconnect the wire from Netro and use a Shelly 1 instead, whereby I can turn the watering on and off as I desire.

I would rather just use the Netro app, given that everything is already connected.

It is quite limiting to not allow hours as well as minutes (or to allow more than 60 minutes). amd not to be able to increase (or decrease) the time while the manual run is going.

Hello again, i found that i can set night times on the webpage, and it get sets on the app after that.   But if i try from the app i cannot set any night times.
