If the app shows watering but no flow, please check if your Master Valve is correctly enabled in the app settings. Also, ensure the main water supply is on and drip filters aren't clogged.
Still no water? Email support@netrohome.com with your serial number.

This usually happens due to a weak Wi-fi signal at the installation site. Even with a full battery, the Pixie needs a stable 2.4GHz connection.
Please check the signal strength in the Netro app or try moving your router closer. If it persists, contact us via support@netrohome.com.
