Dear Tuan,

Could you tell us the exact dates it snowed but watering continued, and send screenshots to support@netrohome.com? This will help us fix the issue fast.
Thanks for your help!

Dear customer,

We do not send notifications about when the device starts or finishes watering, as there would be too many such notifications, and we will not send spam to users. The notifications are only sent when the device goes offline or comes online.
However, We have implemented the app notification when the device starts to water. Currently it is ready for beta testing. If you are interested in trying this feature, we will enable it internally for you.

If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Dear Mark,

If the sensor under your account is setup as a standalone sensor, it cannot adjust watering based on humidity.

To move the stand alone sensors to a zone, first you have to go to Settings->Sensors->Edit(upper right corner) and then delete the sensor. Next you will have to go to the home page. There is a drop down menu and please select your Sprite controller, then tap the "+" button on the upper right corner,  go to Add a Product-> Plant sensor and then select the zone and complete the following procedures to add the sensor. You will need to press the button 6 times on the back of the sensor to change its mode to Setup mode (light blinking slowly).

If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
