Smart watering isn’t working

I have 2 problems with the Netro this year. 

1. The weather auto detect to rain to skip the water session doesn’t work.   No matter how low the threshold I set to, it doesn’t skip the water day when it rains.  I have it set to .1 inch now. 

2. When I set to delay the watering , it doesn’t reschedule the schedule.   It just continue with the watering. 

My system has been watering while it’s pouring outside so many times and wasted so much money on my water bill because this app screwed up so bad.  
Is there a the fix to my problems?

We have exact same confirmed bug. We even have a local WeatherFlow Station connected properly to Netro. ChatGPT full break down highlighted that perhaps in: SETTINGS > Location = you may need to have your exact address added in there (as postal/zip code) May not be enough for software to pick up. We are at this step: “

Even though you have WeatherFlow PWS selected, Netro can still use the controller location for weather/forecast calculations and station matching. Making the location exact removes another possible reason it watered at 6 AM despite the rain.

After doing that, I’d leave everything else unchanged:

Weather Flow PWS
Forecast
1.0 mm threshold
Skip Previous day + Rainy day
Smart Zone Enabled / Basic

Then the next 6 AM rainy morning becomes a good test. If it still waters, I’d consider it a Netro rain-skip/software issue rather than a configuration problem.
