Dear customer, 

Please first let the shared user download the app and use his own email register an account with Netro. Then you can add his/her email as a shared user in your account. Please go settings->controller->manage users->add manager.

This is a terrible design—it behaves like no other app I’ve encountered. Please add the ability for a superuser to PUSH an invitation to a manager or guest.
