Our cloud service is provided by Amazon and we have an unexpected AWS server outage a few hours ago, at that time the cloud service was temporarily unavailable. The issue has been fixed now.
Thank you for your suggestion. We are discussing this issue with our R&D and doing everything possible to reduce the likelihood of such problems.
