Dear customer,

If you are using Ios, please go to settings->notifications, scrolling down to find the Netro app. Click it and close "badges", then restart your mobile phone to see if it works.

Generally, this solves the problem. If it still doesn't work, could you upgrade your phone to the latest version to see if it helps?
